[Resolved]  United Health Care — Insurance not approved

Sir,

We have corporate insurance from United Health Care, on name of Nawaaz Hafeez but when we got admitted in Global Hospital in Lakdikapul, Hyderabad, due to severe abdominal pain, but they said we will not get approval as the hospital in black listed and we had to pay 28K out of our pocket for staying in hospital for three days without any treatment given and just diagnostic studies were carried out, such is pathetic condition of Global Hospital which wants to just make money for first three days without giving treatment Then we were advised to get admitted in Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills, but again it got rejected stating reason that patient vital signs are stable and still diagnostic studies are ordered, whereas my brother is suffering with severe abdominal pain due to Crohn's disease which has been diagnosed with the support o[censored]ltrasound and CT scans done at Global Hospital. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter at the earliest so that we can get cashless treatment, which we are entitled to. Regards - Imroz Hafeez [protected]
