Claim not getting processed due to demand of unnecessary document.

Hi,
My father has been hospitalized to RG KAR medical college and hospital(govt hospital at kolkata) with cardiac problem. Thereafter he has undergone angiography and angioplasty with stenting. The claim amt of 104000/- has been registered to UHC parekh (insurer NIA insurance company). They are demanding for angioplasty report to get the proof whether angioplasty has been done.
As a proof they can easily refer the hospital discharge...

Sir,
We have corporate insurance from United Health Care, on name of Nawaaz Hafeez but when we got admitted in Global Hospital in Lakdikapul, Hyderabad, due to severe abdominal pain, but they said we will not get approval as the hospital in black listed and we had to pay 28K out of our pocket for staying in hospital for three days without any treatment given and just diagnostic studies were carried out, such is pathetic condition...
