Hi, My father has been hospitalized to RG KAR medical college and hospital(govt hospital at kolkata) with cardiac problem. Thereafter he has undergone angiography and angioplasty with stenting. The claim amt of 104000/- has been registered to UHC parekh (insurer NIA insurance company). They are demanding for angioplasty report to get the proof whether angioplasty has been done. As a proof they can easily refer the hospital discharge certificate and doctor prescription where it was mentioned that PTCA has been done. More importantly hospital doesn't provide any such special angioplasty report to any patient. Can you please help me on this.
