Sir,

I inform you that My claim file no.12RB01U1H3038,My policy no. 222800/48/11/06/00002892. I was submited all documents with hospital bill,original receipt of payment on dt. 24/4/2012 to vipul Med Corp TPA Pvt. Ltd ,gurgaon address for reimbursement amount Rs.123700/-.

I was admitted in hospital feb-2012.but till date my file is under process or any query raise to me.I have not recd. any claim amount cheque. I don't know how much time comapny given to me.

so,I request you to please take action necessary agst. this company .
