I have been enrolled as a member of mdindia healthcare services under health insurance scheme o[censored]nited india insurance co ltd. My id card no is mdi5-[protected]. My policy no[protected] is valid upto 31/10/2019. I am a chronic patient of diabeteis and i have submitted my papers of claim of rs 12, 975.10 for the expenses of my treatment for the month of oct, 2019 on 08/11/2019 for reimbursement. But i have not received ccn number of my claim rs 12, 975.10. I have complained to their customercare, mdindia hcs vide my complain number 126258, 126683, 126684, but they have replied it as "closed", but i have not received my claim amount rs 12975.10 till date. Mar 17, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I queried about the status of my claim Rs 12, 975.10 which was submitted in the month of Nov, 2019 but they simply replied as "closed" without mentioning any reason thereof. Even they have not provided me the claim number over my telephone as done in my earlier claims. I telephoned / mailed to their customer care many times, but they are not giving any reply or simply mailed me as "closed" no reason.
