[Resolved]  United India Insurance Ltd. Damanjodi — copy of last insurane of my vehicle

During tranfer of residence from Damanjodi to Bhubaneswar ., My vehicle insursnce got misplaced. I have repeatedly in touch with yhe branch manager through me representative at Damanjodi. For renewal of the same a cpy is reqired by me to get no claim. My vehicle no is OR -10B-4230. With some pretext or other Insurance office is not issuing the same till date.
