Hi!
Pls refer the below mentioned and reveret back asap as it all ready 2 months from the date of submission of theft detail sent to alegion
insurence company (chennai.), but yet there is no response from ur end.
I am just waiting for the same as i have 2 buy a new hand set. (just thinking should i buy with a insurence are not ).

As i have purchased nearly 8-10 cell phones till date from ur outlet. And i have always purchased with insurence.
Unfortunately i lost one handset but i was happy that i have insurence for that i will be getting it back.(i thought its a real time 2 test whether the insurence works or not)
I have sent all the relevant documents to insurence company i.e Alegion insurence chennai (address provided from the out let) 45 days back but yet there is no responce from ur end. Now i feel i have wasted money which i paid for insurence (on every purchase). The details are as mentioned below.

And wierd they need FIR/ Form 76A from Police station that the mobile is not traceable. Just realise, in India do you think Police will get you for 76A with mobile phone un traceable that easily..hundreds of phones get losed everyday and we need to appreciate the workload and bandwith of Police force ...I strongly feel oriental insurance knows have confidence that we cant produce untraceable letter ( 76A) from Police by their "stipulated days".
I would recommend anyone not to go with Theft insurance and also would avoid Univercell for in - appropriate business tactics in selling this insurance policy. ( And yes their free Sun glass will break by wind by its own when you ride in your bike.)
