I bought a new Nokia mobile 5030 on Sep 2010. In seven months (by Apr 2011), the battery power has been gone down and now it is not at all charging. When I went to the store and asked, they replied as "it is not our battery and by now all the warrenty/guarantee are over. so need to go to Nokia service center for service".

Even its not at all completed 1 year fully by this time after i bought; also it is well known about the nokia battery power which resists for longer period even though the phone is dropped down. So it is not sure, if the people in Univercell change the battery before selling to the customers.

There were some talks long ago as the Univercell people put the duplicate battery and sell it
This is very disappointing and unfair if this is true and happening frequently.

    I bought a Karbon K-442 Handset on 13th May 2010 at Univercell Chikmagalur Branch. After 3 months i felt a little problem in my mobile. Then i sent it to the showroom, bt after 4 months when i called they said to collect the mobile.

    I thought that my mobile is fine, when i start to use it i saw the real condition of my mobile. Little problem become Big. The mobile works itself like received or dialled no.s are redialed by the phone automatically.Can i accept it as a advanced set? or fault set?

    One more thing is in Unvercell advertisement they says for buying or selling contact your nearest univercell showroom, bt when i asked with Chikmagalur Univercell Showroom they didn't answered me well and disconnected the phone. Its really a great hurt to customers.

    My advice is for all peoples: dont buy any handset from any o[censored]nivercell Showroom.

    I bought sony Handset 2012 at Univercell Chikmagalur Branch. After 15 days i felt a big problem in my mobile. Then i sent it to the showroom, bt after 2 months ago he not give my mobiel

    My advice is for all peoples: dont buy any handset from any o[censored]nivercell Showroom.

      I purchased a Sony ericsson x10 two month ago. After purchasing date they followed up with me to buy new cell fone for next 2 weeks. (they forgot that I already purchased)

      While purchasing they told me they are offering free gifts. However they dont have stock of free gift products on my purchase date.

      Later I found out thats their permanent answer template. Till now I didnt received any gifts. Whenever I visit the store, the reply is "no stock sir". It means Wrong commitments.

      The universal store in Ekkatuthangal, Chennai.
      Universal brand is awesome. Keep it up.

        I have buy the mobile set from Univercell showroom. there is defect in the mobile. i explained the problem but they are not ready to exchange. and they are asking me to pay the Rs/ 2000/-. extra then they will exchange. i asked them please exchange but no use. I don`t know the local language they are behaving like horrible way.

          I went to Univercell showroom which is located in intermediate ring road, near Sony world signal, Koramangala to buy a Nokia mobile. But the sales person who was there told me like Nokia phones getting S/W problems now a days so buy a Sony mobile. And he told Sony S312 is good and he convinced my to buy that. But it is the worst phone i ever used. If i press camera button it it will hang, then i need to remove the battery and fix it again. total battery back up is 15 hrs only. I am not sure what to do. the phone is getting worse day by day.

            hi whom ever may concern,
            i purchased a micromax A60 mobile on 4/1/2011 in EA branch. when ur shop guy show the unsealed box and he opened and showed me the mobile. i asked him why the seal is already broken he told me only on piece is available so to show the customer like be they opened and he promised be it been turned on and its a brand new mobile no one used it, i trusted him his name is Karthik. Then i bought the same mobile and after going back home i found there is a blue dot on the display i thought it's might be kind of wallpaper. but one of my friend bought the same mobile from Hot Spot he does not have the dot then he told is a defective display, but i didnt bother much. then very third day of purchase mobile started hanging and i need to remove the battery and restart the mobile again and on 6th day of purchase speaker on the mobile stopped working. i thought i need to go and return the mobile and get a new piece since its a defective one. but am unable to go since i have continuous work with out any off for 7 days. So finally i went on[protected]days from the date of purchase.

            No proper response for me by karthik who sold this mobile telling that even the seal is open it's a new one. he told me very rudely he cannot replace the mobile rather he could do a service and bring back to the working condition and give it back to me. but am not agreed with him and i demand for his manager. but he told there is no manager but there is a Senior person who could help me. i spoke with him and he told me the same thing what karthik told me but he was more rude than karthik and he told that i need to wait for 10days to get my mobile back to working condition.
            i told him i cannot wait for such a long period. he told he'll make it before 10 days probably within 6 to 8 days and he gave the number of top most person in the customer care and her name is latha.
            i tried to call her but someone picked the call and said she is busy on the other line and the person got all my details and told me that latha will be calling me within 10min. i called after 30min same person picked the call and spoke to me rudely "hey i already informed u that she will be calling u" she told me in local slang.

            Finally i got her on the line and she promised that she look in to this and get back to me very next day. this is the 10th day from[protected] till now i didnt get any call from the very top person of the customer service and karthik and the other Senior person in the EA branch promised me that will be delivering the mobile in working condition with in 6 to 8days but today is the 10th day am getting a response from karthik that it might take another 3 more days and when i asked him why he is giving a response that its a extra support provided to the customer so he cannot sith with the service guy till the mobile is getting ready and he is busy with his target on the shop and he has already have to much of work pressure he told me very rudely not even letting me to speak.
            i Spoke to the seniorperson in over there , he spoke to rudely asking me to come on monday since its there pongal vaccation and disconnected the call.

            this is the total experience i got from the Univercell.

              poor service

              Two months(27.10.2010) back I went to univercell showroom, Krishnagiri. My mobile (I got in d same place) not working properly,problem is in Key 7. They asked us to come after 3 days and said they will give us a call before starting with d repair process. I called and went to that show room many times but they didn’t gave any proper response. They said they will call us in an hour. Next day, we called them again and they said they have sent d mobile to Chennai,Salem and etc.,. (which they din actually).y din they inform us before proceeding as said earlier. They said they will get back to us. As no call came, we went straight n d reception we received from them is really bad. In that case we never compelled them to take. We just asked whether they can do it. Also, a guy was very rude. Very bad treatment we received. So finally, we were asked to come after 5 days. They were making coents and laughing at us. Is that d way they should behave to customers (we r frequent in fact. they cant discuss their faults with customers presence. I just decided not to make any further purchases. I seriously need a valid reply from them.

                I purchased a Nokia 6300 mobile in Univercell (Erode -VOC Park branch) on[protected]. The bill details are (UTN=2057127 , Inv No= P.ERD/15541) and the executive who sold me the phone said me that if any problem persists , there is a facility to change the mobile. My mobile causes several problems like Hanging problems, Display failure, etc. When I consulted the executive who sold me this phone,he updated the software of the phone and said that next time there would be no problems thereafter and if any problems persists again then he told that he might change the IC Board of that phone. Although,even after that,I experienced those problems again. When I consulted again they said that the executive who had sold me my phone, had left the job and said that they can't do any thing for that. I need justice for me. Either I need a neither mobile or proper solution for my problems.And also there is no proper response for the customers. The response of the executives while responding after selling the mobiles is very very worst when compared to the response while selling the mobile.I am unsatisfied by your response.                 mobile - univercell — improper response

                I purchased a mobile on 4th april 2009, with one year warranty. I faced the software problem for 5 times till now.

                Now my handset get problem on 18.1.2010 and I report to univercell about that problem.They charge my mobile and took for service. Till date they didnt return my mobile and not answering me properly.

                So i got irritated about their response, and i faced some problems too without my handset for this much days.

                Please make me something favour as soon as possible

                  I lodged a complaint on 27.10.2010 reg. illegal sale of mobile by M/S Univercell situated at Koramangala (near Sony world signal) Bangalore using my HDFC ATM Card on 22.10.2010 at about 9 PM. The company sold a mobile worth Rs 6180/= sweeping my ATM card without asking any ID from the buyer. Buyer had given a fake name & address. I am really surprised that such a sale by a reputed company had happened. I would like to know that whether they are only in interested in pushing their products by any mean like a fruit / vegetable vendor.                     Two weeks back I went to univercell showroom, perambalur. My mobile (I got in d same place) not working for it drowned in water. They asked us to come after 3 days and said they will give us a call before starting with d repair process. We didn’t get any cal from them, so we called them back. They said they will call us in an hour. Next day, we called them again and they said they have sent d mobile to Chennai (which they din actually).y din they inform us before proceeding as said earlier. They said they will get back to us. As no call came, we went straight n d reception we received from them is really bad. They told that they r not supposed to take water cases. In that case we never compelled them to take. We just asked whether they can do it. Also, a guy was very rude n he asked us "if we were not calling u, u should have called". Den they said mobile is in Delhi. Very bad treatment we received. So finally, we were asked to come after 5 days. When we went they got d receipt from us they tea red d receipt in front o[censored]s, gave us d mobile and threw d 100 bucks they got as advance from us. They were making comments and laughing at us. Is that d way they should behave to customers (we r frequent in fact. they cant discuss their faults with customers presence. I just decided not to make any further purchases.                     I have Purchased a NOKIA C2-00 From your Univercell Show Room in Kumbakonam & the Invoice No is P/KUM-3110 dated 24/10/2011.
                    Now my Phone Display is Not working. When we asked the Support from your Univercell Staff, they are Treating us so badly & simply they are saying go to hell. if you want to repair your Mobile go to Nokia care or give it some where else. we don't care.
                    After given the Mobile in your Showroom on 02.05.12 (Service Request Number - 5190) now they are Claiming an Amount of RS 350/ It's too high & it is to be Repaired under Warranty only.
                    Regarding the same Matter, when we Enquired in Poorvika they are saying it can be done in Warranty only. we are really surprised why your Staff's are Charging the Amount of Rs 350/.
                    If this is going to continue with other Customers It will definitely going to spoil your reputation in the Market.
                    Kindly look in to this matter, as this is very urgent.

                    i am velmurugan working from travel access. i brought one mobile from univercell show room on 02/5/2012. but unfortunately my mobile was not good. having always complaint. i am going to inform the concern show room regarding the problem. they have taken mobile from me for servicing. they given service request form on 31/7/2012.                     This Below Issue are facing problem in Univercell near Jalahalli Cross

                    1.No Customer Stastification in picking the call or no response Univercell Jalahalli person are Ramya, Shankar & Kiran

                    2.After taking the Mobile on 26/06/2012

                    3.First i was looking for HTC one X due to non avaliablity of white colour Ms Ramya has suggested both are same you can buy the HTC Sensation XL but while buying the mobile Ms Ramya has told inbuilt is 16gb Expandle upto 32gb

                    4.After buying the mobile i have asked only the pouch for mobile they have told within one week i will arrange it Mr Shankar

                    5.Till date i have not recived the pouch almost 20 times i visited the Univercell but no response thru phone call or showroom at last Mr Kiran has told on last week the pouch is not avaliable in HTC store only So Mr Kiran has told I will arrange the Similar Pouch But whenever i make a call Mr Shankar he cant able to recieve and ans for almost 50 times first dissappoinment and it has created bad impression on Univercell

                    6.Due to I am Travelling out of Station i cant able to check the mobile properly on last week i was went to buy the 32gb Sd Card i was surprised that it has not having expandable memory option only

                    7.I have went to Univercell for discuss this Issue But i will thank you for lifting the phone call for Mr Kiran but they cant able to meet me in there Store always busy from last 3days

                    8.IF I HAVE PURCHASED IT FOR 15000/- I WILL NEVER GO FOR SUCH TYPE OF E-MAIL BECAUSE I HAVE INVESTED FOR THIS MOBILE IS 34000/- THAT WAY LITTLE WORRY ABOUT IT

                    It had been repaired of charging problem, it was bought in your shop on June 2013 and i has for one year warranty.

                    This is to inform you that i have purchased a mobile on 19th Feb 2014, wanted to pay the amount through EMI as per your offer, as i can't pay the amount at one time. While doing the transaction EMI was not process due to your system issue, and your employee confirmed that the same can be done directly through bank.

                    But Bank has confirmed me that i don't have the offer for my credit card for the EMI, here i request you to cancel the full amount transaction payment and make the same transaction through EMI process.

                      I am Raghav i have bought a Samsung mobile at the mobile expert "UniverCell" 16th Mar 2010. But later on i came to know that they are frauds. The electronic accessories in the mobile is not at all a quality item. On 16th Sep 2010 I went to a hall and switched off the mobile and after switching on, i cant able to see the display. The Univercell shop directed me to a service center on 21st sep 2010 and i have given for the service, they said they will give the repaired mobile on 5th 2010. Still now there is no proper response from them..
                      So friends pls dont buy mobiles from UniverCell since they dont have a quality product...

                      A humble request to actor Madhavan. Please be out o[censored]niverCell since they are frauds.. I[censored] buy mobile from UniverCell u can see "Made In China" phrase in all the inner parts o[censored]r mobile which indicates that it is a duplicate...

                        Dear All,

                        We had always wanted a phone, which had long battery hours, with latest technology like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, e-mail, qwert keyboard etc. After searching the net thoroughly, we finalized for Micromax Q75, hoping that it will satisfy all the above needs. We went to Univercell showroom at Express Avenue, Chennai on 24th September, and got the mobile.

                        To our surprise, we found that the battery never longed even for two hours inspite of charging it repeatedly as per the User Guide. The total usage including both incoming and outgoing calls were not more than 20 calls per day.

                        While discussing about this issue with my friend, he suspected and asked us to check whether the Q75 mobile pack cover, as well as the battery inside my mobile phone were having the same number. But these information are not available.

                        We strongly suspect that we have been cheated by getting a worn out battery in our new handset or the new battery itself is of very poor quality.

                        Kindly suggest us a solution.

                          I have purchased Samsung Galaxy i7500 from Tnagar branch on 05/07/2010.
                          Before I went to the shop I called them and asked about the offers. The executive who attend the call is Mr. karthik, and he committed for me the offer is Reebok Travel bag. Because they advertised on Daily paper and even in their website also mentioned Reebok watch, Reebok travel bag and Reebok sunglass.
                          And I went to the shop and purchased the mobile phone on the same day. Their Mr. V.Vinod attends me and put the bill everything, at last they said the Reebok travel bag is not available and you can get it on next week. Again I visited the shop and asked about the bag, they said to wait for me again a week and promised Reebok travel bag or else Reebok Sunglass.
                          Today 29/07/2010. I went to the shop and ask about my travel bag, they are giving me a useless bag not Reebok. And arguing me that they will not give the promised gift items. And behaving very rude. Speaking too much because of what offered by univercell, I really fed up with this.

                            I Had ordered for nokia 5130 C from univercell on 1st July 2010 agst order no 17819. Till then i have not yet recd the mobile. Accrding to company they delievered the mobile, but they are not responsible whether the product reached to you or not. Company will not speak with his courier, costomer will speak to the courier guy. They used the local courier GMS courierwhich is totally local in chennai. Avoid booking from univercell.

                            I guess all couriers operates in standards.
                            Btw, have you checked the POD-Proof of Delivery from GMS or UniverCell?
                            if it is delivered some one should have received with a proof.
                            Find the culprit in your house or where it is delivered!!!

                              Here is a copy of my complaint, about a serious matter ( suspicious use of Credit card number )and cheating, mailed to so-called ' Moblle experts- Univer Cell, claiming to be running shops all over India.

                              Despite my complaint and reminders, Univercell keeps silence as if supporting unethical type of business which is dangerous to consumer interests.
                              They keep on doing this type o[censored]ndesirable practice and foul play in their shop.

                              Copy of my Complaint:

                              I visited your Pattom shop for purchase of a mobile on 5.6.2010. While making payment by Cr.Card my Credit Card was noted down on the bill and carbon copy, which is not desirable as per credit card admn. I enquired to the executive but replied that this was a system in Univercell.

                              Also, according to him, in order to accept credit card they will have to verify my identity which was avoided on good faith as a good gesture.

                              The above conditions at Univercell for accepting Credit Card seemed to be quite new and strange for me which no other Establishments raised so far while using card for decades.
                              Moreover, I wont stand for a identity verification each time I use the card, which is quite embarrassing. Rather I will have to throw away the Card.

                              Hence, would like to know the version o[censored]nivercell on the matter so as to take up with appropriate forums governing Credit Card Admn.

                              Besides, on my specific query on Battery specification of Sony Ercson S312 Mobile purchased by me, the executive wrongly told me as 1000 mAh. But on thorough verification at home, actual was found to be 930 mAh only - out of ignorance on the part of executive or deliberate misleading ?

                                I wanted to purchase a basic phone with A2DP feature. On 13th June, i went to UniverCell outlet in Jaynagar, Banglore and enquired about a Samsung Phone E2120. The sales representative told that the phone E2120B has all basic features including Bluetooth with A2DP.
                                At that time the Sales representatives were very sweet and nice while speaking. Just showing the best of their customer skills.

                                I purchased the phone by paying the amount quoted by them (Invoice # P.B. JR/1197). Few days after purchasing the phone i found that A2DP feature is not functional. Thinking it to be a technical issue i logged a call with Samsung technical support team (BP # [protected]) on 22nd June 2010

                                It was about 10 days later i realised that i have been given a model E2120i instead of E2120B which was shown to me as a display piece.
                                I went back to UniverCell stores reporting the same, but they denied that it was a fault at their end.
                                I spoke to the region Manager for UniverCell (Balaji) and he was rude and insensitive to the complaint.
                                On my counter argument he said that he would have to go back to his distributor and manufacture for checking the reason for the goofup made by his sales rep.

                                I suggested him to give me a new handset instead of E2120i which support A2DP. however he was very adamant that it cant be done because i didnt bring the phone back in 2-3 days.

                                However from my end i was just trying to follow the correct procedure by contacting technical support team which took some time.

                                In the same week i got a call from Samsung mentioning that the phone (E2120i and E2120B) DOESNT support A2DP feature.
                                I went back to UniverCell and told that Samsung technical team has confirmed that A2Dp feature is not supported on the phone and i specifically asked for the same while buying the phone.
                                As before they denied that its their mistake and denied returning the phone.

                                I showed them that even their website shows A2DP as a feature for this model, however it doesnt work with it.

                                I will like to report a case of cheating against UniverCell, as they mention something else to its customers and sell something different. Also the person Balaji who had the authority to resolve the complaint was least bothered toward the complaint and rather was accusing me for this mess.

                                I purchased a nokia 101 hand set from univer cell at vidyaranyapura .
                                While purchasing, the sales executive reaction is very nice, he said you will get 100 minutes of free airtel to airtel and 400 SMS are free by showing the sticker attached to that box, I inserted the airtel sim and checked that offer is not added to my account when i consulted them they are telling to call airtel customer care to get an offer .The airtel customer care representatives are telling you have to go and consult in univer cell when I went to there they are not even responding and are telling some irresponsible reasons.
                                I am reporting a cheating case on univer cell at vidyaranyapura branch bangalore

                                  I am reproducing the complaint letter sent to the MD Univercell. stil the problems are not solved.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I would like to brief my experience in your Parrys branch.

                                  I have visited your Parry’s branch for buying a new mobile. My requirement was a mobile with GPRS and Qwerty model.

                                  Your Executive Mr.Deva received me and suggested a mobile model Karbonn K10. Accepting his suggestion I bought the mobile. Date of purchase 08/03/2010. Bill No.p.pys/24948. Subsequently also I bought two more mobiles from the show room. Bill No. p.pys/25932, p.pys/ bill misplaced.

                                  But, my last visit at the time of buying my 3rd phone was not satisfactory. Whenever I buy I used to get two Sims free. For the 3rd phone also I insisted for two Sims free. But the sales girl refused to give as free and collected Rs.110/- from me. She received various documents for issuing the SIM card had not submitted at all to the service provider. This resulted in deactivation of the sim by the service provider (phone numbers [protected], [protected]).

                                  After one month time I found that the Karbonn K10 started giving trouble and also the colors started fading. Immediately I complained to Mr.Deva, he assured me of providing a stand by phone and agreed to collect my phone for repairs. Till date he had not done so. Even yesterday (16/06/2010) I went to your showroom after calling him over phone. But he was not available in the show room.

                                  Once again I returned without solving the issues.

                                  Regarding this I have already informed your customer service. They called me back and assured of solving the issue. But no body had bothered to solving the issue. All the phone numbers and addresses given in the karbonn service guide are false. I could not trace out the service station. So, I relied on your show room to get it repairs.

                                  The problems now I am facing is :-
                                  1. the display screen is not clear.
                                  2. the keys colors faded.
                                  3. the joypad is not functioning properly.
                                  4. there is electric shock while using the phone when connected to the laptop or even the Charger.
                                  5. some times the phone turns off automatically.

                                  My strong feeler is that the hand set which was sold to me could be a used one and not a crossed the quality check.

                                  Please do the needful and avoid unpleasantness.

                                  i bought a lg mobile from univercell last month, the people over there in univercell convinced me to get the mobile..but the product is not at all good..within 2 months my speaker got repaired, now iam planning to get a new mobile...people please aware of this...
                                  I would agree in such a way the Univercell executives try to convenience the customer to just sale the mobiles and not realizing the exact value of the product.

                                  It’s also the customer responsibility as well to analyze a product before buying the same, by contacting more than one mobile store or so.

                                  Any way thanks for sharing your experience!!! And guys, be aware while dealing with such show rooms.
                                  Yeah customer service is poor. you wont get proper response and waste buying the mobile particularly in that showroom
                                  I took samsung galaxy grand on 2nd march 2013 in UNIVERCELL shop madiwala Bangalore.They promise to give HANGOUT HEADSET as a complementary before buying but now they are not responding properly on call and personally too. And simply giving reasons as NO STOCK. it already 1 month over. I am fed up of them.
                                  I Have purchased a Karbann A1* mobile from Univercell Ramapuram Branch on 20th May 2014. Since 3rd month of purchase mobile started giving problems(Speaker problem &amp;amp; frequent restarting). At one point of time mobile got switched off never get on after that. I Met the Univercell Ramapuram Branch Executive and given it for service on 10th Sep 2014. Initially they informed that you will get a call from service centre once it repaired in a weeks time. I haven&#039;t got any call from service centre, I called them after a weeks time then they informed that it will take 10 to 15 days so please call after that window period. Once the 15 days over I called them on 27th Sep 2014. They Executive informed that still it is in process and provided Some contact details(Ravi [protected]) to call the Service centre itself and check the status. When I called him, he informed that the process is not yet started because we cannot cover the under warranty, service will be done only upon chargeable basis. I Enquired further why should i pay for it when i have not made any kind of damage to the mobile, And also why are you bringing this concern to me now after i follow up with you, why didn&#039;t you inform all these details in few days when you got for service, and you kept the mobile without done anything for 15 days. The guy who spoken to me just said simple if you want any more details please call Jai ([protected]) he will assist you. I called Jai as well, he said that he&#039;s busy and call after sometimes for twice later on he didn&#039;t pick the calls. I got frustrated with the service and stopped following with those guys and left them to take their own time to repair that. Later on i received a call on 5th of October from service centre stating the same that it will be chargeable, i agreed for that and asked them to do the service quickly, but they said if it is repaired you will get a call from service centre maximum in a weeks time. I didn&#039;t got any call from anyone, I Called the showroom again and asked on 21st Oct for the status. They said that it is still in process only we cannot check the status on this now please call after few days. This makes me think about to escalate these kind of third class service.

                                  It is highly frustrating me a lot. Don&#039;t know to whom should i complaint or escalate on this. I don&#039;t see any one is taking care about the customer problems and they are only curious about selling product but not try to maintain their standard, once the product is sold they just got beneficiary and not try to make the customer benefit. I Felt very clearly that i done 2 mistakes in the past. One is that i bought a new mobile from Univercell who doesn&#039;t have credibility of maintaining the customers relationship by making this sure which is came to their notice. Second mistake is that i bought the mobile from third class Karbann Brand, who is not making a quality products and made the their pockets only filled but not the customers satisfaction. These things made a mind set of not to believe the new growing companies and to buy only Quality products from the branded companies.


                                  Please guide me how to take it forward...

                                    Hi Guys,

                                    I purchased a Samsung S5620 from Univercell, tiruvarur Branch, in 14/05/10.

                                    At the time of purchase they promised me a rebook watch as an offer which I haven’t received till now.
                                    I ring them consequently and was informed that it hasn’t arrived and will be arriving. Every time they took my mobile no. to inform me when it arrives.

                                    This disheartened me. Don’t know whom to complain on this about. If any of you have any idea, please let me know.

                                    So whoever is going to Univercell, see that you have all the details of their promises described in your bill. This kind of problems have to be complained in consumer court.

                                      To buy a mobile phone for my wife I went to Univercell Mobile store in Anna Nagar,Chennai.Since IPL matches were going on there were only 2 customers. They were 8 to 10 representatives just sitting Idle without customers. I spoke to one of the guy and told him that I want a mobile btw Rs4500 to Rs5000. He showed me INQ mobile and he started explaining about his features. I was convinced with the model so I asked him the price details. He told me Rs7.500. I was wondering whether he hear what i said in the first place. I told him to show models btw Rs 4500 to Rs 5000. He just went inside the store and he didnt return back for 15 minutes. Then after sometime I saw him talking to another guy. I got irritated and told another guy whether he can show me any models. He said that they have mobiles in Nokia and Samsung.Even kid knows that they are the leading mobile manufacturers.I told him to show few models. He went inside and came back after 15 minutes with just one model and showed me. I was surprised to his attitude. I just left the place and went to Poorvika mobile store in anna nagar. Seriously I want to appreciate those people who are working for Poorvika mobile store. They are valuing each and every customers.

                                      UNIVERCELL was very gud during there intial stages but once they are popular they are taking customers for granted. They will learn their lessons very soon.........
