I purchased a samsung s4 in univercell pheonix bangalore on 31.12.2014 For 21900 for which there was a cashback of 4% i.e rs 876 it was in emi so 14%reducing emi for 12 months so the loan amount was 21024. But still now 26.09.2015 i have not recd my cashback after contacting the univercell team they are a.not responding properly. Regards Aravind kumar a [protected]

    With reference to mail sent on June 1st 2015, regarding my purchase of a pouch for my iPhone on 14 th August 2014, back home I found that the pouch was damaged and they have stuck the same with glue Since then I am after them to replace the same and they say that it is out of stock The time I spent travelling from Ambattur to Broad way n no. of times has put us to pain & agony. The great thing is that they have taken the damaged pouch and asked us to collect the same the next day.But not done yet... Please do the needful... Thank You

On 24th oct 2014 i purchased UNIVERSAL TOTAL CARE invoice no :10407036. And last Aug 2nd mobile got damaged and i called to PICK ME customer care for rising an pick up request .After the conversation pick me customer care replied that ( some registration process to be completed from universal side after completing registration process only they can able to raise for pick up request) At the same day i went to EXPERESS AVENUE Branch and enquired them at that time shop guy tried to call pick me customer service he din get line .so he replied that i will check with back end team and i will let you know within 2hrs.but i din get any call from universal side again i called 7 time to showroom .8 th time only the attend and the say that tomorrow 10.30 the will update the status nu .next day afternoon 1 o clock i called to showroom .they replied that they spoke with customer care and they replied that they are unable to cliam. i just want to know : ( without having my invioce no, mobile no, IMEI no how they retrieve my details and the speaked with pick me back end team ? ) After that they gived seneior office mobile no name GODSUN and called to him and i escalated to him .He ask me to come to gopalapuram branch next day i went there and he is not there . i called him he replied that just now he came out .so he routed an another guy he took one photo copy of my mobile invoice and IMEI no : NEXT day i called to him he ask me to send TOTAL CARE invoice bill.i send that VIA Watsapp . after that i called him trice no response from him. after that i called universal customer care and had a long conversation .i got PRABHU number and called to him he asked me to come to ALWARPET branch @ that time prabhu was leave so again i called to customer care they routed to GODSUN he said that registration process will take 2 days after completing registration process he will intimate the status nu . at that i asked godson to (cc in that mail chain .)but he din copy me after 2 days he replied that my registration process has declined by pick me .i asked the reason he din response me and he din atten my call .again i called to customer care they routed me to prabhu .and i contacted him he asked me to come to EA UNIVERSAL BRANCH .next day i went there prabhu was not there but the gu y called NIRMAL he collected my mobile and bill etc and he asked 3 days time to solve this issue but it take 7 days he din reply anything so i called to to prabhu he din reply .i called to universal EA branch next day they said that nirmal was on leave so another guy asked me to send the bill copy i provided that he asked me 1 day time but he also not replied i waited for 4 more days nothing happen form your shop side. SOOOOO i came to the conclusion to FILE AN CONSUMER COMPLIANT AGAINST UNIVERSAL MOBILE . And now i got replaced my mobile by pay ing 5500rs . I really want to know this UNIVERSAL TOTAL CARE is worth or fake waste of money . This how you treat your customer. 1.Registration process is not completed from your side it is my fault or your fault ? 2. i want my immediate action on this . 3.first mention your showroom cct no in invoice. I think this totalcare is waste of money, like this you doing for all customers. these how you guys cheating your customers ( i am going to compliant in consumer court by asking a new mobile because i called to your customer care and show room more than 250times while i calling every time after 10 calls only your executive will reply uh ? AND before 23days i had send mail to [protected]@univercell.in, &[protected]@univercell.in there is no reply from them but TAT for replying queris is mentioned as 24hrs nut today is 24h day maail is still getting acknowledged. Worst exp with universal.if this problem is not resolved i have all invoice copy with me i am ready to log an compliant in consumer court. plese find the details: Mobile invoice : 10407024 Imei no [protected]. total care invoice 10407036.

          I bought the samsung E7 mobile on Feb2015 at East Tambaram, chennai. They provide a PAYTM cash back offer (Rs 3000) and it’s not working. I went to shop and ask means they are saying it’s not our responsibility go to PAYTM and fight with them and get the offer. This is the way to treat the customer? You have relationship with PAYTM, if you can’t get touch with them and resolve the customer issues? Please don’t go to Univercell at East Tambaram.

            This is regarding the total care option which is offered by Univercell during the purchase of new mobile phones. Univercell has tie up with some organisation called Pickme. They claim that different kinds of damage to the mobile phones will be covered under the scheme and they charge additional 250-300 rs at the time of selling mobile phones. I bought a micromax nitro mobile phone in Oct 2014 from Univercell store in Sarjapura road Bangalore and few days back my phone's screen got damaged due to accidental drop. It was under the coverage period of 1 yr as per the clause. When I called up Pickme customer care they completely ignored my request saying it can't be covered though it was according to the terms and conditions given in their document. When i visited the Univercell showroom, the store manager pretended as if he's going to help but didn't do anything. It looked to me as if there is a nexus running between univercell and Pickme to befool customers and charge additional amount which would be shared between the two. Please be careful when you buy any mobiles from Univercell stores. They are actually cheating public by charging small amounts of money and making volume business. The other firm Pickme also is trying to cheat customers by giving false information.

              I bought the samsung e7 mobile on feb 28, 2015 in univercell and they gave ptm cash back offer about rs. 3000. When they provide first time itself i started to face issues with the offer.
              First issues were its not correctly activated on time. Daily i walked in to stores and then they activated. After that i used only one time alone. I missed to convert the paytm code into amount (Didn’t added the money into my wallet) . Actually they told me to use that offer every month or within 6 months i can able to use any time, so i tested one time and its worked. After that i planned to use in single time at last of month of offer.

              But now they are saying i can’t use this offer without adding the amount into my paytm wallet every month and they are not responsible for these issues. And they are saying i need to fight with paytm and get the amount.
              Is this the way to treat the customers?

                Dear Sir/Madam, This is Rajasekar from chennai and i have bought a mobile phone (lumia720 model) in universal store velachery (31.08.2014). And in this IMEI number is mis matching and i am not able claim my warranty and it expired now. IMEI number in box and bill copy is same but mobile phone its different. In this phone am facing volume button key issue and toke this mobile to nokia care and they said mobile IMEI number and original bill (provided by universal bill) IMEI number is different after that only i came to know. Nokia care person told, this mobile was activated on 22.8.2013 and warranty period got expired.And the billing date was 31.8.2014, how can it possible? Please advice me.                   I have bought Intex Mano mobile (1035) from UniverCell, Bhagyanagar branch, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 14-May-15. They have not provided me a computer generated bill. They have provided only manual bill and claimed that their system is not working. The tax invoice number is 108939 dated 14-May-15. The manual bill doesn't have the address of the shop. The phone number of the branch manager is [protected]. I followed-up with them enough number of times over phone and personally. They are not ready to provide the computer generated bill. This system generated bill is necessary when the mobile purchased has to be submitted for repair. To my bad luck, the mobile bought by me faced issues within 48hours on 16-May-15. When I took it to them, they made me to go to a different centre. In the repair centre, system generated bill was insisted and I was made to go between pillar and posts. They wasted 3 hours of my time and energy. Finally, they provided some bill to the repair centre separatelly, which I have not seen at all. The problem was resolved on 9-Jun-16 only, as it was a battery replacement. However, till now they have not issued me a system generated bill though I keep asking them, as it is mandatory for any service. I have visited their shop on 13-Jun15 also and still they say, their system is not functioning and the bill cannot be generated. It is very frustrating and irritating to shop and visit Univercell, as they are least bothered about customers concerns and issues. To add, they make customers suffer. I politely and softly asked them to send the system generated bill to the mailing address through courier, once their system works. They are reluctant to do that also. They say they can't send to my billing address. They demand that, I walk to their shop as many times as required to check if the bill is ready and if it is ready, they will handover. But, it is hurting and torturing to face this kind of treatment given to us even after one month. Above all, this mobile is for my mother ( a senior citizen of age 68yrs). Do they expect my mother to go after their shop as many times as possible. I stay in Bangalore and visit once in a month to see my parents. The kind of torture the manager and worker in the Univercell branch is given in unacceptable and inhuman. Request you to take severe action and ensure that the system generated bill is delivered to my residence address as mentioned in the bill.

A seller named sakthi gave us a fake commitment like he would give us a boom headset as we brought 2 phones as a gift from univercel.before we billed then after billing he said its out of stock so he wil give in 2 days and he has signed nd gave us in bill.unfortunately for Mr. Sakthi still two days has not come from Feb 21st.and I would hav called him as many times as I could and once he told to come nd collect and when we went he again started a story that no stock nd now his number when ever we contact he would disconnect my call.I hav billed for nearly 38k on Feb 21st and 8 months back brought htc desire 816 for 24k.but this is what they do to their customer.ashamed of yu guys.

                            hello, One of the worst response on Earth from univercell when it comes to customer satisfaction, i have been following with your store manager at Royapettah Univercell branch from past one month for not receiving the payback points upon prebooking and buying samsung s6 edge and no response till date, whenever i go there or call them only one response dont know sir will update tomorrow.i have never seen anyone as shameless and careless as Univercell MD and other staffs when it comes to customer satisfaction, from the day i prebooked the phone Samsung S6 edge till today not even a single day of satisfaction from your side. nothing. worst people on earth...shameless people.

                              i went to univercell mobile showroom mantri mall in banglore to purchase samsung grand 2 on 02nd may. the sales guys told me that they have no stock on that time, so they told me to wait an hour for taking from their head branch then they got my mobile number, i waited a hour and we went to show room, that time the guy ask for full cash of the mobile and told to the mobile he will deliver in your door step but i didint agree, and after he ask an advance to pay after the bargaining he got 500 rs from me and he promised to me the mobile will deliver in 5.30 now the time is 10.30 i didnt got the phone still now what can we do?

                                I I have purchased 2 LAVA IRIS X1 Mobile along with insurance from Santosh nagar Branch, Invoice No P1.H.SN/467, Invoice date 15/Aug/2014, Invoice time 21:30:31. 1 LAVA IRIS X1, IME NO [protected] and [protected] was theft by some body on[protected], immediately I visited to santosh nagar univercell branch and intimated them the matter then they advised me to book a complain in PS and get Non traceable certificate and SIM Change acknowledgement, after following 25 days I collected all the documents and couriered it along with univercell Oriental insurance ( Mobile theft insurance claim form) to the Oriental insurance company, after tow todays Oriental insurance returned the form by saying rejected "Insurance not paid" Note: insurance no is also printed on the bill go through the bill which is enclosed. here the conversation Greetings from UniverCell! Enclosed is the charge slip & invoice copy. Thank you for sharing request details.                                   I brought a Lumia 535 from a univercell out let in bangalore and it got brokken down in 1 week, when delivered to univercell out let in whitefield they agrred to deliver it to the near by nokia service and will be ready in 3-4 days, and after 4 days when equired they carelessly said not ready yet and this irresponsible and disgusting game is on for last 15 days and still not got my sucking phone and completely wary o[censored]nivercell lie services.

                                    Dear sir, I am purchased one mobile phone along with one new airtel sim (airtel numer:[protected]) on 09/02/15 through by univercell mobile show room Anna NagarBranch (branch Phone no:[protected]), Chennai for my emergency. Before I get it the new airtel sim I confirmed to univercell executive when it will be activate. He told most properly tomorrow evening itself sir that is 10/02/15, after conforming it then only I purchased my new airtel sim for Rs.162 plan with submitting of all my documents along with my photo immediately. I am waiting for activation of my new sim till 10/02/15 evening, but it will not activate. Dayafter (11/02/15) I called to univercell mobile show room exective is name Mr.Arun but he said that document collecting person didn’t come yesterday sir we will processed your document and it activate almost today night else tomorrow (12/02/15) morning sir. But till date the airtel sim not activated. In between two or three times I spoken to univercell showroom he told your documents are dispatched to backend office for verification sir but we do know why it will too delay sir we can check the status and give the feedback to u sir, but no one to call and give the feedback still. Other side I call to airtel customer care for confirmation of sim activation, but the customer care said till we have not received any documents to our end sir, you just ask to show room where u did buy the sim. I went two times by direct to that univercell show room about the delay of sim activation and also I conveyed what airtel customer care told me to that to univercell show room but they showed me airtel dispatched note for my reference your document was collected on 10/02/15 sir its not your side problem its only airtel side only sir. Both side are playing me like that. Till that sim not activated. I just wasted my money for buying airtel sim, phone calls for airtel customer care & univercell show room and travel conveyance for going twice by direct. In between I register my complaints to airtel customer care on 17/02/15 and my complaint no is[protected]. Both side are not given proper answer to me. I want take illegal action to both o[censored]s. Thanks & Regards, Anand M [protected]

I CALLED THEM EVERY 2 DAYS BUT THEIR REPLY US TO COME AFTER 2DAYS.                                         My name is Srinivasan. J. and I bought one Micromax Canvas Nitro for Rs.12, 500 at SKY WALK shopping mall, Poonamalle High Road, Arumbalkam, Chennai on 28.10.2014 and I was offered one Gold Coin worth Rs.250 and one BOOM Headset free for buying this mobile. They gave me the Gold Coin and said that the BOOM Headset is out of stock and will be available within a weeks time. After 15 days I again went to the showroom and enquired about the Headset, again the same reply was given and further they told me to receive the Headset from Avadi Branch, which nearby my home. But when I went there, they also said the same words. Today also (i.e.27.01.2015) I went to Avadi showroom and asked them and the same reply. Hence I request you kindly sir to handle my case with care make the necessary arrangements for me to get the Boom Headset as early as possible. My Name: J.
