[Resolved]  universal — TATKAL SERVICE IN RAILWAY OF NO USE

We are using TATKAL service for long time. Previously when introduced this service by Railway was very good.
Now things are very worst, U can book ticket in 5 days advance, this means railway is in profit as they are using more credit, also they are getting extra money for tatkal but all services are same like in normal reservations.

Crowed is same like in normal coaches.
Now 3rd extra berth (side middle bearth) is a new problem.
U don't have sufficient space for side upper berth.
Railways are allocating reservation online as per the mentioned request, like i got a confirmed tatkal reservation in Lower berth, but due to side middle berth all no's are getting reshuffled at the time of chart preparation and passengers are facing problem at the time of boarding.
Problem of confusion of new changed berth as well as changed in position.
My confirmed Lower berth got shifted to side upper which is very uncomfortable.
So we are paying more as a tatkal and facing these problem.

This is very poor situation and passengers are very angry due to this.
3rd extra berth should be allocated only to RAC passengers and not for regular and TATKAL.

Railway authority should take note of this.
