sir maine univeresal company ka i-phone book karaya tha . mujhe kaha gaya tha ki video internet k audio player bhi hoga jabki mujhe first flight curior se jab packet received hua aur maine khola tab under 1 chota mp3 player mila jo dekhkar mujhe bilkul shock laga .aur iski market me 200 rs ka malta hain aur mujhe kaha gaya tha ki ya i-phone hain jiski market rate 8000/- rhain aur hum aapko only 920/- de rahe hain aur 2gb micro sd card bheja...

Dear Sir,
I purchased a HTC touch mobile phone from Universal Store CMH Road last year mid feb.
It is under warranty of 1 year and also has 1 year theft and damage insurance that I paid for.
There is an issue with the mobile panel and the screen. When I took it to the store, Universal did not bother to even hear me out and asked me to go only to service station. The service station (Oviz communication)...

TATKAL SERVICE IN RAILWAY OF NO USE
We are using TATKAL service for long time. Previously when introduced this service by Railway was very good.
Now things are very worst, U can book ticket in 5 days advance, this means railway is in profit as they are using more credit, also they are getting extra money for tatkal but all services are same like in normal reservations.
Crowed is same like in normal coaches.
Now 3rd extra berth (side middle bearth)...
