[Resolved]  universal — REG HTC Mobile

Dear Sir,

I purchased a HTC touch mobile phone from Universal Store CMH Road last year mid feb.

It is under warranty of 1 year and also has 1 year theft and damage insurance that I paid for.

There is an issue with the mobile panel and the screen. When I took it to the store, Universal did not bother to even hear me out and asked me to go only to service station. The service station (Oviz communication) mentioned that Universal is responsible as the mobile is under warranty and insurance that they have charged me. The service station also mentioned that if repaired it would cost over 8000 and hence Universal should resolve the issue through insurance by replacing the handset.

Kindly resolve this issue as I have been personally visiting the service station and the store for the last two months.

Looking forward to a quick revert from your end.
