[Resolved]  University Of Petroleum And Energy Studies — university is cheating students

i had taken admission into b.tech course this university through aieee 2005 entrance exam which is national level exam conducted by cbse and ccb and was alloted this university since the college appeared in aieee i had complete confidence it would be a good university .
on the first year i was proven wrong but still students held there calm here . but now in 3rd year during nov. 2007 there was a huge decision taken by university . our grade points were capped at 2due to some discilinary action and now my whole hard work for 2 years had gone in vain sir i was having depression problem since my high school days but this day todya we got our result and i cant stand this .if this is the way indian education is then its of no use and i am not sure what this system does to our future . this is intolerable pls do something sir atleast ask university authorities about this decision

pls anyone do something otherwise this university will ruin many students with it this university has shown many promises about itself but being 3rd year student i assure u that all these promises are fake .this university is there only to earn money and nothing else .
