[Resolved]  Urban Abasan Bhola Paik — Land money paid but no development

Arijit as per you call dt 8 July, 2012 you would be sending me the Cheque at my baguiati address by this week. Today is the last day of the week and I have not received the Cheque as yet. I have completed the three months time period on June 30 as per your terms and conditions.

Anyways the time has come that now I would be taking a drastic action for deposited sum recovery at the earliest as possible.

All the customers o[censored]rban Abasan Pvt Ltd kindly contact me at the earliest as possible to join hands in the recovery of money if nothing has been done against the plots booked by you. This is open to both local and outstation customers.

I am facing same problem with Bhola Paik and Urban Abasan.

If anybody having any problem with Urban Abasan/Bhola Paik regarding plot then please do contact with the company directly and solve the problem...but dnt misguide other people there's no use of doing this ...The company and Mr.Paik, both are very co-operative..so stop posting these nonsense..those who posted these negative thoughts they are the defaulters for sure and as the company asking for payment they are posting these non-sense.Contact: 24436515.

Pratyay Bose...you have got the chq's though you were a defaulter the company refund you the full amount because you were having some financial problem and you cant continue so the company didn't deduct any percentage from your amount..I knw all the details because at that time i was present there. Mr.Bose dont misguide other people.

I wrote the above comment before getting the cheques. I have received cheques now and I understand there was a misunderstanding on both sides. Mr Swaraj from Urban cooperated with me and I thank him for that.

However, Mr Satadal, I take strong objection to your note. I do not want to dig dirt in public and would like to leave it as misunderstanding on both sides.

Thanx for acepting the facts Mr.Bose..but you should have mention it later that you have received the chq. as you have publicly announced that you have been facing some problem with the company and etc..newz thnx.

Now, RahulTCS, lets talk about your problem, if you have any problem with the company, having any disputed matter contact @ 24436515. Or else post your contact no. so that the company can contact you. Hope you would like to solve it...if yes then post your contact no.

Mr Satadal just dont blindly take support of the company.
I guess rather you dont know anything about the company or your are a worker of Mr Paik.
Rather then calling all the plot holders as defaulters please look at your project.
Has your development still started?
It has been more then 2 and half years since the project started(though the project was for 2 years)
Behaviour of Mr Paik and all the staff members are very rude.
Instead of feeling ashamed of your behaviour you are backing yourself.
And Mr Dilip without getting the plot how are you going to construct the building.

listen rahul you stop blaming the company i' ve already got my plot and now will start construction very soon...you can visit the site and just have a look before saying anythng..i thnk you were unable to pay your EMI and the company cancelled your plot and now you' ve started doing all this wrong thngs against the company..its better you talk to the company directly and solve your problem..but dnt distract people by saying all rubbish..

I have read through the entire thread and I would like to share the truth about the piece of land in the project Swapno Nir in Sonarpurand please donot think that it is not at all a serious issue. When I was in Delhi I had a conversation with Mr. Bhola who confirmed firmly that come and see the project progress which is 50% completed. Therefore I have personally gone to the plot along with an official of Ganpati Properties and have found the piece of land with only agriculture work done and there is not even a trace of starting the project work what one can say of completion of even 50% work since July 2009. I also booked a plot in the same piece of land however this is not the way how a project is being run. Since now the trust is broken I would humbly request Urban Abashan Pvt Ltd to refund my installments paid along with interest due for this 27 months. You can reach me at [protected].

Urban Abasan Ltd. does no developments as they are canvassing in Sonarpur Swapnoneer Project. There is only a small unfinished structure for gate keepers which is used as toilets for past 2-3 years. They has failed to procure proposed lands from the locals. If any purchaser go there without informing the Bhola paik and Co. then they will find the truth. Further more those who have already invested money in this project are getting false promises and not getting back the money. This is one of the reasons that they do not give any thing of Swapnoneer project in their web site. Future buyers pls check everything before depositing money with them. The running customers who have not recieved their deposits from the Company pls go to the Cosumer Protection Court for the recovery.

Dear All, This is for your information that we've(Bengal Abasan Builder) handed over the flats to the flat owners of the mentioned building. But, its very unfortunate that inspite of having the keys of the respective flats the owners are not paying their due amount like the extra-work and the extra amenities charges as mentioned in the agreement for sale. All the owners have got their possession just after the final registration. The company informed all the owners several times for the due payment but the owners are not ready to pay the dues, therefore, the company will not provide certain papers until and unless we receive the dues from them(flat owners). This is for all the flat owners that pay your due payment as early as possible. For any assistance call: [protected].

Dear Mr.Gorai, Hope you know your due amount against your flat so clear your dues at your earliest. As all the other owners have started paying their due, so you to do start it asap. And the most important thing is that dnt try to misguide other people, having any quries contact the company directly.

I had a final discussion today dated 16 Feb 2012 with Shombu on the present status of Swapno Neer project in Sonarpur kolkata. As per them they would be starting of with the development work on 1 April. I have already given them the ultimatum that I would be visiting the project location on 1 April and if I see that the development work has not yet started then I would be withdrawing my invested money with interest since it is already 3 years that nothing has been done it is still a piece of agricultural land and I cannot wait for any longer for there so called development which has no plan what so ever. Also the employees o[censored]rban Abasan just think of you booking this plot in the year 2009 and no development done till now will you not do the same as I. Just think logically as a customer yourself.

Three years is enough time given to Urban Abasan and it is now getting on my nerves.

This is for Urban Abasan Private Limited. In terms of the withdrawal I have every right to get the entire sum of Rs116000/- without any deductions since no development work has been done so logically speaking the entire sum is with you and you have also earned bank interest @8.5% compunded for a period of three years which comes out to be an Approx Rs 116000/-. which actually belongs to me since a sum of Rs 91000/- invested by me on May 2009 would have fetched me Rs116000/- by Mar 2012 in bank savings. I
