I have received a sum of Rs. 72, 800/-(Cheque No 0715170 & 0915171) on Aug 2012 as refund for non development of the Swapno Neer project at BARUIPUR – SONARPUR, SOUTH KOLKATA against plot no 305 & 306. However you have paid me only 80% of my deposited sum which is not at all acceptable. I have requested you to pay me the entire deposited sum with interest due since 2009 and I am again requesting you to realease further sum of Rs. 52, 000/- as soon as possible. Faiing to do so within 15 days from today’s date would result in the case moving to the consumer court in practical terms and for your information I am an active member of various NGO’s in kolkata and I would be further compelled to take this further towards the human rights department and the media. Anywyas at present days "India against corruption" is on the move at a great pace.Any one who is intersted to take this route can call me immediately without any hesitation.

Looking at the older blog posts you perhaps now come to know how the Urban Abasan Private Limited alias Bengal Abasan Builders owned by Bhola Paik has been grabbing money from the innocent people in name of fake projects. Instead of admitting its crime Bhola paik and its trusted lieutenants are making false claims and assurances here and there. But the issue is crime cannot be covered for a longer period. They take money from the innocent people by providing false documents, they grabs money from the people by making an agreement cunningly. And further more they do cybercrimes.
They do irregularities in distribution of flats. They take EMIS from innocent people in name of false land development projects in Sonarpur and Jainpur for the last 5 years and more; do no development but making false claims of development; when the customers demand back their EMIs they makes a long delay to pay the money and gives back the money after deducing of the 20% -25% of the total payment to the customers; thus they cheated their customers by transferring the interest of their deposited EMIS from the open market as well by deducing the 20%-25% of the deposited EMIS by crafting a well-planned legal deals.
But do not worry; they will be punished. None of their Godafather even the Ganesh Idols of their Office can save these criminals as Lord Ganesh has never shielded the criminals of the society. We reiterated that before going to their office inform your lawyers and take their counsel, before signing the contract show it to your lawyers, before going to take back your money inform your local police station about your safety and it will be good if you make an FIR against them beforehand; if you lodge case against the culprits just for providing false information they will be summoned both in Civil Court and Consumer Forums.And obviously make sure to inform about this fake organisations to people as many as possible by various means.
