The land verification of the "Swapno Neer" project has been done and I have the report which says that there has not been any sale of the land from the original owner since 2001 till date which clearly states that the same has not been purchased by Urban Abasan Pvt Ltd. It is a clear act of cheating if you all are still dreaming of they giving the plot in future then forget it since those who do not have the land in their possession how can they give it to you. They have cheated you all and now fooling you all by saying it is taking time due to some unwanted government problems and all.
Kindly collect the list of the contact no's and E-Mail address of all the investors here and post the same here. I will take it from this place. Someone take the initiative so to get all your monies back.

and observed the incorrect/unlawful/illegal activities of Mr. Sujoy Ghosh from his
comment dated May 11, 2014.
It is fact that Mr. Sujoy
Ghosh had been failed to pay the installments money for a long period in
respect of the plot of land booked by him at the project “Swapno Nir” and as a
result of which the booking of his plot had been cancelled due to non-payment
of installments money and Urban Abasan Pvt. Ltd. had been refunded his money as
per terms for cancellation of the booking and such amount of money had been received
and accepted by said Mr. Sujoy Ghosh.
Mr. Sujoy Ghosh has no
knowledge relating to sale/purchase procedure of Real Estate and as such he is
doing this type of incorrect/unlawful/illegal activities. He is a great liar
and cheater. Each and every Real Estate Companies are being suffered so many
problems for the intending buyers/purchasers like this type person.

persons to call at its office for any type of information.

In the greater interest of all my friends who have been cheated under the banner of "Urban Abasan Pvt.Ltd." let me inform you that I have initiated a Consumer Case against "M/s Urban Abasan Pvt.Ltd. & Others" before the District Consumer Forum (South 24 pargana) vide. C.C.No.261/2014 since June, 2014.
Since many like me have lost their hard earned money in the Land/Plot scheme promoted by Urban Abasan Pvt.Ltd. my next step is to file a PIL as this organization and its Director Mr. Bhola Paik have left no stone unturned in regards to causing Mental Agony & Harassment time and again to me & probably to many like me who were forced/compelled to cancel the plots.
One very funny incident is that during one case proceeding, the lawyer o[censored]rban Abasan says that the complaint (i.e myself) never visited there office to settle the issue out of court which I did visit alongwith my brother. So, from now on if the Director Mr. Bhola Paik wants to meet me at his office, I may run out of proof that I actually met him.

I am back with a BANGGG…Wanted to share an update in regards to the Consumer Court Case No.261/14 against Mr. Bhola Paik o[censored]rban Abasan Pvt.Ltd alais Bengal Abasan Builders. The Mr.Bhola Paik has failed to challenge the evidences produced in court and has lost the case.
The bench has slapped a fine of Rs.5000/- against litigation charges alongwith Rs. 25000/- for mental agony and a sum of 370000/- as principal + interest to be paid within 13.12.2014 failing which, the entire amount shall carry on interest @10% p.a from date of default till realization.
As per information from reliable sources, Mr.Bhola Paik the Director o[censored]rban Absan Pvt.Ltd alais Bengal Abasan Builders has not yet paid the money as ordered by the court. Please refer to the attachments as proof.
Beware my Friends of this Company and its’ People. Anyone investing with “Bengal Abasan Builders” may have to pay the price now Or in the near future.
Very soon they will be in limelight with various media channels covering the deceitful act o[censored]rban Abasan alias Bengal Abasan Builders & linking them with Saradha Realty, Rose Valley & Desire Agro!!!

A group of volunteer organisations have visited the project named 'Dream Home' at Joynpur, they have searched papers and documents available with BDO office, BL&LRO office, SDO Office along with deeds of purchasers since long.
Thereafter, they have sent a RTI letter to SPIO/Land and Land reform officer about the project. The RTI is attached herewith.

In continuation to our earlier post dt: 11/08/2016, we would like to inform all purchases in the project ‘Dream Home’ at Joynpur that, our 'RTI letter' has been excepted by respected ‘Assistant Secretary & SPIO’, Land and Land Reform Department and forwarded the same to the ‘District Land and Land Reform Department’, South 24 (prgs.) for disposed of the matter.
In continuation to our earlier post dt: 31/08/2016, we would like to inform all purchaser in the project ‘Dream Home’ at Joynpur that, our 'RTI letter' has been forwarded by ‘District Land and Land Reform Department’, ‘South 24 (prgs.) to BL & LRO, Sonarpur’ for disposed of the matter.
Glad to know that people are active for this issue. I am also a plot holder in the same project and my application of mutation to the plot has faced lots of issues and discrepancy with the piece of land.
Would like to get regular update on the issue. I think we should bring all the plot holders together for this issue and do a joint movement on this.

As and when I have visited the office of developer Sri Shambhu Paik and his staff/ colleague behave cordially and his replies suitably against all my queries since long. Sri Paik has assured me that my plot will handover with in Dec’16.
It is a fact that, the project site has not developed since long but it came to my knowledge that a proposed residential flat project would be lunched on the ‘Dream Home’ very shortly during that period necessary development of the site will be done.
Considering the above, it is my approach/ request to all my co-owner to have patience and hope for the best and cooperate with developer as and when require (at list March’2016).

That the application for booking the aforesaid land was executed on 31.12.2008 and subsequently Letter of Allotment was issued to me on 14.01.2009.
That as per the terms of the agreement, I have paid full 48 installments as on 27.12.2012 (without fail) in respect of the total price of the land i.e Rs. 2, 62, 375/- of which last payment made was vide A/c payee cheque. The company and its Directors have failed to develop the land as per Agreement of Sale till April 2014 i.e more than 5 years my hard earned money in the tune of lakhs is lying with Mr. Bhola Paik without any meaningful gain to me as a customer. Now, the company is utilizing this money of ours in building Residential Complexes/Standalone Flats. Now that I feel cheated and dejected, I have made up my mind to fight back.
Upon scrutiny of land record (copy enclosed) in respect to the above mentioned Khatiyan & J.L number, the ownership of Plot no. 158, area 0.46 acre is not in the name o[censored]rban Abasan Pvt.Ltd. Or of it’s Director. However, its employee Mr. Sambhu stated in writing that the Mutation is Complete in respect to the plot and that I can go ahead with Registration. Time and again Urban Abasan's Director and his staff Mr. Sambhu have mislead me and have failed to provide me specific and correct documents (eg. Porcha, Approved project plan by competent authority, Demarcation of plots and bylanes)
It is not possible to visit their office in Kalikapur every time for clarifications in our busy professional schedule. The office phone[protected] and that of Mr.Sambhu's mobile number is not reachable. They seldom reply to my queries over e-mail Or by post.
This is nothing but mental torture and agony I am undergoing due to the deliberate actions o[censored]rban Abasan, its Directors and the concerned employees who are handling the said project. My actions now Or in future will be a result of this agony and cheating by the above mentioned people whom I have held and will hold responsible.
Others facing similar problem, lets' join and take up this issue at the highest appellate as the company makes every effort to disintegrate customers who have booked plots in the above mentioned project.
