I have booked 4 katha of plots in SWAPNO NIR project o[censored]rban Abasan Private Ltd. in Sonarpur, South 24 Parganas in June, 2009. Thereafter though I request them several times to retake me there for seeing the development as they are informing, but they did not hear my plea. Instead the company assured me that all the works are going on smoothly and by February 2012 the developmental works will be completed. I have visited the site of Swapno Nir on March 24, 2012 and saw the land is lying in same state as I saw it in May 2009. It is clear that Director and other staffs of the Urban Abasan Pvt. Ltd. are giving me fake information to grab money. I have so far deposited an amount of Rs. 1, 84, 000/- to the company and humbly asking them to return the full amount with compound bank interest immediately.

I have booked 3 plots of land each measuring 2 kathas at Block Cin Swapno Nir Project, Sonarpur o[censored]rbana Abasan Pvt. Ltd. in 2nd February, 2010. Thereafter I have requested the company several times to take us to the site for seeing the ongoing development works at Swapno Nir. But the company did not take us there ever and assured every time that the developmental work is going on in full fledge at there smoothly. We personally visit the place on 25th March 2011 but see only a strip of agricultural land and no developments as the company is telling. We rush to the company for knowing the ground truth and on March 30 2011 Mr. Bhola Paik, Director of the Company told us that by January 2012 the developmental works will be completed and without any worry we should pay the EMIs. We visited the place again on 26th March, 2012 but in our dismay we saw that the land is still in the same state that we saw on 25th March, 2011; not a single sign of so called “development” as the company was informing us can be traced out.
It is now apparent that in the name of fake development in Swapno Nir project, Sonarpur, the Urban Abasan Pvt. Ltd. is taking money from me since 2010. I have already deposited a total amount of Rs. 3, 33, 331.00 to the Urban Abasan Private Ltd.
I have lost all the reliance on this company and its personnel; still in most modest terms I am asking the Urban Abasan Private Ltd. and Mr. Bhola Paik to give back my full deposit amount with compound bank interest without any delay.

I had a meeting with the company (Urban Abasan (P) Ltd.) regarding my plot at the project Swapno Nir at sonarpur and after that it was proved that the company is clear with its paper and their development work..i was misunderstood and misguide by marketing agent like Ganpati property(Shyam sunder Dalal) and other people like Ranjan Roychowdhury and Nirmal Samanta which was proved wrong by the company and i am very clear with the company after the meeting. I was unable to pay the EMI since 2010 due to some personal reason but the company refund my full amount without deducting any money for which am very greatful to the company.

I'm feeling sorry for my previous post against the company.

Even though I wrote the previous short post myself at your office through your computer today why have you written it yourself in the next post with my login id. I need an explanation to this. This is not at all a right practice. I would request everyone to ignore the mail as posted before this one in my name. Anyways you have not issued me the cheque as yet you have told me that you would be sending me the cheque in the next 7 days from today for a sum of Rs 91000/- and for this you have collected the Agreement to sale and all the receipts and have given me an acknowledgement that I have surrendered the plots and would get the refund from Urban Abasan. So I will be waiting till the 7 April for the cheque to come to my residence address in Saltlake kolkata and once the amount is realised with my bank account I would post the closure myself. No other person has the authority to post on my behalf by fraught logging into my account. I would request Urban Abasan staff to refrain from such wrong doings.

It is quite logical for anyone to understand that if someone has posted one details while sitting at your Company desktop computer and has not logged out from his login id then the other person does not require any login id however can write a newly framed mail on his behalf like your staff has done and trying to fool and mislead others. Anyways that mail has no relevance from my end and it stands void from saturday . Do not create trouble for yoursel[censored]nnecessarily. Got it!..

To all the customers o[censored]rban Abasan now you would not see anymore of such comments in my name written by Urban Abasan in their favour since I have changed my password.

What's the use of saying all this nonsnce..better you remember onething that you are a defaulter of the company and from last 2years you haven't paid any EMI which you have accepted, inspt of that the company agreed to refund you your full paid amount as you have some personal problem and you've request'd for the full refund. So better for you and also for us that dnt mess the matter any more. Because its shown that legally you cn't do anything as you are a defaulter without any intimation you stop'd paying your EMI, just to remind you again please go through the backside of the booking form for the company terms and conditions.

Now, before posting anything else think once.

I had a further discussion yesterday(9 April 12) with Arijit o[censored]rban Abasan Pvt Ltd. As per the terms & conditions in the Agreement to Sale they would be refunding my deposited sum of Rs. 91000/- withing three months from the date of submitting the letter of surrendering the plots. Therefore in my case it would be refunded by 31 June 2012. Therefore I would wait till the end of June 2012 for the cheque.

Gr8 job...thnx for informing all the details going on with you..tell us something dn't you've any other job..maybe no..dat's the reason you cn't continue your payment against your so called plots and request for the refund...any'zzz keep on posting your stuff...and wait...and one more thing posting all these stuff won't help you getting the refund earlier...you'll get it on time (according to the terms & conditions).

I completely agree with all the complaint threads posted above. In this respect, I would also like to bring to your notice another flagship project of this Urban Abasan Ltd - "Dream Home" at Joenpur, Garia started 5/6 years ago. It is similar to that of Sonarpur, where plots are sold to different customers. I was one of the earlier customers, paid everything in full and even done with registration. No development have been made as per the flowery detailed plan they had laid out earlier while attracting the customers. It is almost in the same state as it was 5 years ago, except a dilapidated gate structure and under construction office building. Entire area is in the same state with banana plantation, and no sign of development whatsoever.
Most importantly I would like to point out that the entire staff spearheaded by their so called director Mr. Bhola Paik are rude. He himself doesn't think twice before abusing and threatening to elderly persons, even if you are a customer and he is at the wrong end. Such is the audacity and lawlessness with him, probably comes with money, illiteracy and nexus with "powerful" people. He thinks he is above law and wields immense power over middle class god fearing common people like us, who in this country unfortunately, are already being pestered and smothered by all kinds of problems, ranging from inflation to increased tax. If you just read through this blog you will understand the level of literacy with them who is replying for Urban Abasan. I am worried if i can ask for refund after the registration has been done.

I would like to congratulate Mr.Lala, Mr.Ranjan and Mr.Sujoy to take this crusade, apart from this online blogs I am planning to use other awareness camps through social media, facebook and normal media to unmask these wrong doings and bring the perpetrators to justice.

Same is the situation with me too. I have purchased one corner plot and when i visited their office last time(last year in 2011 Feb when i was in India), they did entertain me very well and assured that for some reasons work was stuck. But this time again i.e in April 2012 when i visited the plot, i could hardly find any trace of development. I understand that there might be some hurdles in the development, but what we expect as consumers is just a fair and transparent communication. I do not have any personal grudges against the employees or the organization but i would really like to differ on the point mentioned below"

This is completely false and please refrain from posting all these misleading information and also after going through the thread, it is really very disheartening to see the level of language being used for the consumers. Can we request you to post the latest status of the project as in the pics or if you suggest we can post that from our side.
