I dont think that It was sent to bank at all and if you have, then there should be some vaild reason for returning the cheques. One of the reason may be that you have not send RBI approval along with the cheque as it is NRE account. And if you are telling me that it was returned by bank in unopened condition then I doubt a foul play in the whole episode. Forget this for the moment and ask yourself why at the time of maturity, the maturity cheque did not reach my bank, do you have any answer for that. I had registered this bank with you long back and all my interest cheques were credited to this bank only except one for which I submitted the required documents also, then why maturity amount was not credited. I will tell you that it was your responsibility to transfer the money to my bank and you failed to transfer and kept quiet for so long and then when opened the issue and I fulfilled all the requirements then again you are coming out with excuses. I need the explanation. I can not keep on submitting new request(???? What for still I don’t understand) as I am residing in Jeddah. One thing is sure that I will keep on complaining about this case in all the available media unless it is resolved. I am even thinking of suing UTI for harassing people for which I have solid reasons in my favor. If you have wrong procedures in place then you should replace your those outdated procedures. We are living in modern age and you should change the way you function to satisfy and fulfill your customer needs not vice versa. I hope I have made my point clearly, now the it is up to you to show if you really care for your customers or you are least bothered about them.
