Dear Sir,
I have purchased a ceiling fan at Monga Electronics F-6 Vijay Chowk Laxmi Nagar.Now this fan is not working.I have all-ready complain it Usha Customer care on date @ 24/10/2011 but till date I am not geted any service for it.I all-ready many time call for it to customer care but I am not geted any response.Please help me.
