I would have been lucky if I had read these comments a wek earlier.
I purchased Usha Janome ( Allure ) machine on the 10th of this month from Shree Balaji Sales & Services at Pune. I was told by the dealer that a person would come home to give a demo. In spite of
several reminders, no one has turned up. Every time a call is made, I am assured that the person is on the way.
The manufacturers should ensure that the dealers give prompt and proper after-sales service. If not, the dealership should be cancelled.

i am also faceing the same problem. no one is coming up for demo and my machine got stuck . i am also planning to file a suit against the company. I bought from the mg road dealer cochin. I am really shocked

I seem to be facingn the same problem with my Usha Flora sewing machine. Many mechanics from the Usha service had made frequent visit to repair my machine but did not result in anything. I am at total loss and I am even unsure whom to approach!
Is there a possibility for exchange or replacement?

I bought a Usha sewing machine from Defence Canteen, Chennai. The dealer refused to assemble the machine and I had to get it done with a local mechanic.
Now the balance wheel is stuck and I'm unable to use the machine at all.

i am very interest to buy Usha flora and i dream on it but i saw many comlaints on that hence my plan cancel to buy that...
Usha is the very big industry why their product and marketing with many User complaints...
I not buy this product and i not suggest to other...

Service to the goods is poor, I am Totally dejected by your poor support to customer, I guess no one should buy Usha automatic sewing machine because of their poor service and shock problem
I got the machine as I wanted to learn machine embroidery. When i asked the Service engineer he said that the machine has some defect so they have stopped manufacturing the same.
