I have also faced the same problem in 2014 from the same point and individual as I was pursuing a case from bhubaneswar.

I would also like to highlight that its absolutely fact, even i continuously try to bring UST Global to all my associated colleges in AP But every time the same excuse that we can only visit through cocubes.what does it means ??? Every CMM Level company works with few vendors but not always with a single vendor, this sound strange and at the same time fishy too... I believe they should change their policy and give equal chance to other consultants as well.

This complaint should go to the incometax department.

They doesn't plan their projected growth and resource intake, that's the problem. But not a bad company to work with. All I can say is use the time to improve skillset, surely that will help you anytime anywhere. good luck

not just UST- all the companies were struck by the global financial crisis. But UST has give the candidates an option to work with SUTHERLAND untill they can hire them. Now UST has started recruiting those freshers including the 2008 batch.

Actuly i want to file a complaint against a Quack( B.A M.S ) doctor, Who is running a clinic named DHAMIJA CLINIC.The problem is that he always use Govt. supply medicans for the treatment of the local patient, according to my knowledge the source of the Govt supply medicans is his wife. she is working in as a Nurse in a govt.org... I want to stop the mis use of the Govt property... plz guide me How can i file a complaint against this crime.

UST Global(formerly as US technology) recruited 2007 batch students from my college.They gave the joining date between Jan 2008-Dec 2008 and they asked the selected students to complete some courses.So students waited for 1 1/2 year and they did some courses which was mentioned by UST golbal.
Again now in Aug 2008, Students got one more mail saying "Due to business reasons we will not be able to call the students in the date we mentioned previously and we will propose new date of joining in january 2009.Students(2007 batch) who were waiting for this offer were depressed like anything.Please any higher officials reading this post, please take necessary action for spoiling stydents carrier for 2 1/2 years.Please do the need ful and help the students who are suffering for 2 years
Please teach lessons to this type of s/w industry who were cheating students.Also please dont allow this company to ur campus in future.

What you guys are talking about? An offer letter is not an assurance for giving you the job. that is just an OFFER, and they mentioned that they can withdraw or cancel that offer in case of any time.

Not only UST, but every IT company is facing a crisis now. they won't take any more resources in this time, especially freshers. all these companies spoiled the industry by giving bulk salaries to the freshers, they earns not a single penny for months. So they wont take the people in this tough time because that would be a financial burden for them.

So you guys can't complain anymore, and your complaints are not legal anyway. No private sector jobs are secure especially the IT jobs. here thousands of highly skilled and experienced people are scared that they may lose their jobs in this recession, so better to find out any jobs which suits you and never ever wait for a job from any IT company in a near future. ( may be an year or so )

Many colleges wont allow the candidate to appear more than one campus placement. that is not the problem of any companies who offer a job for you. its the problem of your college. so please don't make any fuzz and understand your rights and limitations as well.

If they dont want candidates or they dont have projects then why did they select candidates from campus. This is foolishness to say that this cant be questioned in court. Because they have given us offerletter in their letter pad and with the authorized persons signature... Onece made one commitment and withdrawing from that commitment can be treated as cheating.. even that commitment was oral also..it has legal value...

Ust global is one of the worst companies in this world.There is so much of politics inside ust and you'll never be able to grow up in the organization.Especially all those who are joining the organization from North India, you'll never be able to go back to your place.The company is run by Malayalis and they dominate.Once you get inside the company, you're stuck and running away is the only solution.All those who want to chase your dreams, never join UST Global.It'll be the biggest mistake you're doing in your lifetime.Think before you join.

Worst, anti employee company. Worst politics. They recruited some street dogs some years ago as managers and have destroyed the good culture the company had years ago.
New HR team sucks! Lots of people are leaving due to their mismanagement!

The managers encourage MASTER-SLAVE relationship and even clients are encouraged to do so with subordinates.
Employees are mere instruments for the management to make profit,
In order to prevent career growth of employes they brought out the ACE framework in 2012! This resulted in many employees leaving the company!
You can get fired if you are hospitalized and force to take sick leaves !!!
