[Resolved] UTI Bank — Non receipt of Pan Card after 24 day | |
I had submitted the request for re issue of pancard on 1/1/08 but till the date i didnot received the pan card. I had submitted the request at Uti Bank, Belapur branch. Today i called at 67931300 to know the status of request, my coupon no is[protected] after verification of records she told me that your request is not updated in system. I want pac card on urgent basis. Please look in to the matter & try to solve the same on priority. Was this information helpful? | |

I had submitted the request for issue of pancard on 16/11/2007 but till date i didnot received the pan card. I had submitted the request at UTI noida branch .My Acknowledgement number is[protected] to know the status of request, my coupon no is[protected] . I want pan card on urgent basis. Please look in to the matter & try to solve the same on priority

Sir/Madam,
I have been submit PAN Application form (Application No.[protected] & Request No. 844446) on 01 March, 2008. You dispatched My PAN Card on 27 March, 2008 by Courier on My Address.
But Courier Facility were not available on My Address. So I could not received my PAN Card.
Please send me again My PAN Card by Post Office on Following Address.
