I opened uti mutual fund (sip) account in your investment plan.my folio no is [protected].
My first installment transferred on14/12/2007 after that deduction was going on regularly from my account till march 2009 an amount of 1000/-.After march 2009 there is no deduction from my account
what is the reason let me know.further if you dont want to continue then what is the procedure to withdraw it.my investment is on UTI-INFRASTRUCTURE FUND-GROWTH PLAN.i have taken this plan by a broker; anit mishra(ARN-31582)

myself as 2nd holder. My father Late Harnandan Singh passed away in 2005.

2.Please send the required formats for completion o[censored]sual formalities for
deletion of name of the Ist holder (deceased ) and please arrange to delete
the name of Late Har Nandan Singh, deceased ( my father) and keep
my name (Virendra Kumar Singh ) as sole holder as my name is recorded
in the shares as joint holder.

You already have my ECS mandate for both the investments. Can you please check at your end as to why have these amounts not been transferred to my accounts on maturity.

Till this date I have NOT received any statement of accounts since its inception.
Neither any other news comes from UTI regading this scheme.

UTI must live upto its reputation and provide its investors with correct & timely statements in above scheme

I have submitted the bonds after due verification of my signatures as well as of the joint holdes but despite three months have lapsed, I am yet to receive the maturity amount. I am also not getting desired cooperation from UTI as response over telephone is very poor.

It is requested to look into the matter expeditiously as I have already lost interest for the last three months.

I deposited my certificate no. MEP [protected] of MEP 93 scheme for redemption at UTI office, Bokaro steel city on 10.12.2007.The amount of redemption never came to my account.I comlained so many times to the concerned person at UTI office, Bokaro steel city, but all in vein.I also wrote to the head office of the company, but no response came to me.I also comlainrd about this to the customer care of the company, but my problem is not solved...

I want to bring in your kind notice that I have purchased 1200 hundered units of Growing Monthly Income Scheme 1991 which were used to matured in 1994 and the payment should be paid within the matured time. But I am pained to bring in your kind notice that till today, Neither, I have not received the amount nor heard anything from Unit Trust of India.

Due to my long sickness, I could not proceed the matter with the authorities.Kindly...

In response to non payment claim of 800 units of DIUS 91 (certificate no DF[protected], due on 1.09.96), I received a reply from UTI Technology Services dt 03.09.2008 (Ref no UTITSL/KOL/DIUS-91/FF5954, O- 301871) that the payment for Rs 18328/- was made by chq no 730712 dt 01.09.96. But the same was never recd by me, and despite intimitating/ reminding Branh Manager/ Executive UTI at Kolkata on22.09 08, 03.12.08 and 07.03 09, no reply has ben received so far informing me about the date or particulars of the cheque encashed. I had also sent to them the details of Bank a/c satements to confirm that no such payment was recd by me. Pl therefore ensure that the full particulars of the cheque paid, if at all, are immediately sent to me, and if the cheque was not paid or lost in transit a duplicate should be immediately issued to the following address.: Acintya Kumar Ghosh, 6RB 1 Greenwood Nook, 369/ 2 Purbachal Kalitala Road Kolkata 700078.
