UTI Pan Card — Non-receiving of that Card

I am Krishna Kumar Basu, Father's Name : Nripendra Nath Basu, Date of Birth :[protected] have applied for a PAN Card one month ago. Though i have seen my PAN NO. through UTI website which is AZIPB8980D DATED- 08/09/2010, still I am not receive the same. My Res. Address : Krishna Kumar Basu S/O- Nripendra Nath Basu, Vill- Thuba, P.O.- Taki, P.S.- Hasnabad, Dist.- North 24 Pgs. (Beside Taki Telephone Exchange), West Bengal. Pl. look into the matter as it is most urgent for the bank cheque clearance.
