[Resolved]  UTI Technology services pvt ltd — Scheme ARS Bonds

Dear Sir,

I was holder o[censored]TI C.G.G.S 1986 (clause 8) bond having certificate no [protected] with 1800 units & Face value Rs 10/-. This certificate is in the name of "Bhumika Jain".

Because of some internal reasons o[censored]TI, this Bond had been later converted to ARS Bond.

Thus the Bond with Certificate No-[protected], has been converted to ARS Bond having ID No - [protected], but by mistake they had changed the name in this to "SAMDEESH" which actually has to be "BHUMIKA JAIN".

I came to know about this change around year back & since then i had forwarded written complaints to correct the name. The communication went on since then.

Now this bond got matured this year and the money had to be paid to me. When I followed up for the same they had told me to Deposit the original UTI C.G.G.S 1986 (clause 8) bond which is name of Bhumika jain along with various proofs. ON 29 MAY, I HAD DEPOSITED ALL THE DOCUMENTS SO THAT THE MATURED AMOUNT COULD BE DIRECTLY DEPOSITED IN MY A/C (AS TOLD BY UTITSL PEOPLE THAT THIS AMT COULD ONLY BE DEPOSITED IN BHUMIKA JAIN A/C AS I AM MORE THAN 18 YEARS AS OF NOW)

I HAD ALREADY DEPOSITED ALL THE PAPERS AS ASKED BY THEN:viz
1. Original ARS Bond.
2. C.G.G.S Unit Scheme 1986(clause 8) original certificate ID No. [protected]
3. Photocopy of Date of Birth[protected]
4. Residence Proof Voter I-Card No. LLC 1431956
5. Bank S/B A/c No. and Blank cheque.
6. Attested by Bank Manager.
7. Affidavit regarding correction of Age for U.T.I. Certificate.
8. Original ARS Bond- Interest cheques:
1) Cheque No. 468341 – Citibank - A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 1, 989.90 date[protected] to[protected]
2) Cheque No. 485683 – Citibank - A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 1, 989.90 date[protected] to[protected]
3) Cheque No. 261881 – Citibank - A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 1, 989.90 date[protected] to[protected]
4) Cheque No. 298788 – Citibank - A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 1, 989.90 date[protected] to[protected]
5) Cheque No. 293278 – Citibank - A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 1, 989.90 date[protected] to[protected]
6) Cheque No. 236982 – Citibank - A/c no.[protected] of Rs. 1, 989.90 date[protected] to[protected]

Now as it is around month, neither there is reply from there side nor the matured amount had been dposited in my a/c.

so request you to please help us in getting my money.
