I have applied for new pan card through UTI TSL IT at kolkata on 08/Aug/2006 coupen no.[protected] . Till I have not received the card . I have also contact to the Mumbai office by post but they are also unable to solve it and they reply me that they send it to my address.I am waiting from last year still i am not getting the card. If a duplicate copy of PAN is send to my address i always thankful to you.

I too have the same complaints of non-receipt of PAN CARD for which I had applied on 09 march 2007 vide appln no.

Despite several online complaint I had not recd any reply or the card. However. the equity will not receive any investment without copy of the card forcing me to pay IT without claiming rebate. I am already paying interest on loan and just taken the job so what impression I will carry about my country and the GOVT service personnel responsible.
Per force I had given request written two-three weeks back at UTI office at Rajinder Palace Delhi by visiting them but they too have not recd any reply from Mumbai Office . I am ready to pay the charges again but for God's sake please issue me the duplicate which I would collect from uti Delhi office so not to blame the postal authorities.
