I have completed my 10 years premium payments by July/2009 . But till date, I have not received statement of my account as the maturity date of the scheme will be on July 2010.

My membership no. is [protected] & my investor Id is[protected].I had deposited Rs.10, 000/- on 23/01/08 against my annual installment of Rs.5000/- which was due in Feb.'08.My last installment is in Feb.'09.Pl. let me know whether the advance amount of Rs.5000/- paid on 23/01/08 has been adjusted with my last installment.My membership is maturing in Feb.'10.

Further, renewal notice for the year 2010 is yet to receive which may kindly be expedited.
