[Resolved]  Uti/pan Card — Not yet receiving pan card

Sir, i got pan card no. from IT Deptt. But not yet recceived the card. I have applied for the card through UTI IT PAN SERVICE CENTRE BHOPAL on dated 11/12/2008. Acknoledgement CSF no. is[protected]. My PAN no. is ABXPN4666P. Pl provide status information for the same. Thanx.

SIR,
I HAVE SUBMITTED APPLICATION FORM FOR THE ISSUE OF PAN CARD ON 04 oct 2008 AT UTI TSL I.T. PAN SERVICE CENTRE, MEERUT. TILL DATE NOR ANY COMMUNICATION NOR PAN CARD IS SENT TO ME. BECAUSE OF THIS I AM UNABLE TO CARRY OUT MANY OF MY PERSONAL NECESSITIES.

PLEASE TELL ME APPROPIATE ANSWER TO ME.

I Have not yet received my PAN Card. My Coupon Number is[protected] applied in 11th Feb'2010. Reason may known to me. Please immediately.
