[Resolved]  UTITSL — PAN CARD NOT ISSUED

This is ANUBHAV KISHORE S/O SH. NAWAL KISHORE Resident of Kurukshetra (Haryana) , my Pan card number is BDLPK7961B, I had applied for my pan card name correction.

I see stuatus as FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA
NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA

and status UNDER PPC OBJECTION .
Pls let me know what action required from my end or whom should i contact to get this objection resolved.
