[Resolved] Uti Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited — NON RECEIPT OF PAN CARD | |||
It is submitted that I am the bonafied member of Border Security Force & presently performing duty at Sector Headquarter Border Security Force Kishanganj. I had process the procedure to obtain PAN Card through PAN Service Center Agency Kishanganj. As per acknowledgement (Photocopy of same is attached with this letter for ready reference) received from above agency my requisition application No. is[protected] & coupon No.[protected]. Further, when I not receive my PAN Card after prescribed limit of time, I inquired the status of PAN Card Internet. On inquiry following information come to notice :- (a) PAN Card bearing No.DCHPK1181A has been issued in favour of me. (b) PAN Card had been dispatch from Mumbai on 10.06.2013 vide consignment No. EA56188736IN but same not received by me and further return to Mumbai from Head Post Office, Kishanganj(Bihar). UTI — Non receipt of Pancard applied on 4th Jan, 2008
Resp. Sir,I Had made an application on 4th Jan, 2008, via coupon no.[protected] at your Pimpri Centre, I have to submit it in Bank in order to get my interest credited. I had made an application 04th Jan, after complaining to the after waiting for a month, the officials had asked for an hand written application which i gave on the next day. Then started showing status, but is showing the same status as it was before two months i.e. under process.
Kindly look into the matter & take an appropriate action at your earliest.

This is really a matter of disgusting that I have complained so many times regarding the nonreceipt of my pan card no.ALTPR5545H but the concerned officials have no interest in cooperating the customer.The only option on my part is now to take the matter to the Court of Law if not solved within the next 15 days.

Myself Jinesh Kumar from Dhuri Distt. Sangrur (Pb.). I have applied the Pancard from the UTI office at Sangrur on Dt. 31/10/2009.My application no. is[protected] and coupon no. is[protected] but i have not received my Pancard until now.
