uppci — my name is not in uppci

my name is upendra nath s/o sri ram naresh.i am pharmacist & registerd in uppci at lucknow & my reg.no. is 28959 but my name & reg.no. is not in the list of registerd pharmacist in uppci.

Dear sir,
I have submitted document & Fee for registration on date 22/09/2011 but till I did not get registration certificate.Slip No 22983 & 51536.please responce

I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFER THE REGISTRATION AT THAT TIME IN WHICH THE SENIOR PERSON IS TRYING FROM LAST 10YEAR FOR JOB WITH THEIR SENIORITY. AND NOW A DAYS A PERSON COMES FROM OTHER STATE EVEN HE HAS PASSED THEIR DIPLOMA PRIOR BUT HE HAS REGISTERED HIMSELF AFTER MANY YEAR. HOW IT IS SENIOR TO THAT PERSON WHO HAS ALREADY REGISTERD FROM 10YEARS.( IF APERSON HAS PASSED THEIR DIPLOMA IN 2001 AND HE IS REGISTERED FROM THE SAME DATE. BUT A PERSON WHO HAS PASSED THEIR DIPLOMA IN YEAR 1998 BUT HE IS REGISTERED IN YEAR 2013 HOW SECOND ONE IS SENIOR AND TAKE THE JOBS PRIOR TO THE FIRST.
