My self Arvind Rohilla, i am completed my B.Pharma in 2011, i want to registers in UPPCI so please provide the procedure to registration.

i have applied for pharmacist registration in october 2012.but i have not recieved my registration number.i also ask answer under rti but i have not recieve answer .please tell me what should i do ?

I neetu sharma have applied for pharmacist
registration in U.P. State pharmacy council this year (Dt 01/04/2013
wide Receipt no.67689). I have been told that i should be getting my
license in three months time. But its been more than 6months now and i
haven't received any communication from them. The Lucknow office phone
no. mentioned on the PCI website doesnt work and nobody responds to
that no.
As i have asked them
twice they are telling that enquiry letter no.3433 has been send to
the college on 1 august2013. i have also confirm from my college in
dehradun. dehradune insitute of technology. they have not received any
letter from lucknow pharmacy council.
Please suggest how could i contact them or come
to know the status of my registration.

Plz. note that I had applied for registration at pharmacy council Lucknow first time on 03/06/2013 but still I have not received the registration. Plz. inform that how much more time will it require.Plz. note that my Serial no. of the receipt is 69147 & bookno. is 692.
