[Resolved]  Value Consulting — Cheating, Molesting Female Employees, Non-Issuing of Relieving Letter & Non-Payment of Salary

We are around 15+ Ex-Employees of one of the company named Value Consulting whose detailed content in brief is noted down. We all are helpless and are not getting any help from anywhere. We would appreciate if any media can listen to us and if the same can be exposed in the newspaper.

Following is the brief story..................................

I was working for a company called Value Consulting who is into following business
1) Recruiting Business
2) Processing H1B VISA
3) Software Implementation.

Value consulting as published everywhere possess office in USA, Singapore, Europe & in India (Mumbai). The company operates from several places and run their operation locally as well as globally.

There are around 20+ cases filed against Value Consulting by more than 15+ Ex-Employees including Male & Female for cheating, molesting girls & forcing them to drink & go to parties and keep client & Directors happy, to keep boss happy by doing favors. Other than employees who are no in doing favors to the bosses been thrown out of the company without paying Salaries. Even all of them have not been issued the RELIEVING LETTER, reason & intention of the Director behind this is - None of them gets the JOB in the market and their life gets ruined and spoiled.

This has become the regular practices of the Director of the company and he says that he keeps all the POLICE in his pocket. After getting bugged up with the Police Station round up, we also moved to the political parties, but nothing is working out. As a labor we also donot have enough money to go round & round behind the court against Value consulting.

Value Consulting main strength of finance is Foreign Revenue which comes through processing of H1B VISA and retaining IT Skilled professional in US under their payroll. This revenue is routed to india by several means may be officially or unofficially. All this money is used in distributing money to several officers in india to safeguard their company and their life. Value Consulting Books Of Accounts of last 5 years if, opened for Re-Assessment, Income tax & Service tax department may find huge GAPS of TAX evasion.

Value Consulting is not afraid of Police nor any law as with all his money he is taking advantage and spoiling peoples life.

There are several FIR & NC filed against Value Consulting but till today no action has been taken by the police. Altogether 15+ Ex-Employees Salary to an amount of Rs 22 lacs is due since last 1-2 years. Several letters & application in writing has been given by the Ex-Employees Male & Female about the character and attitude of the company and also the incident was clearly mentioned, but it seems everything has been into dustbin or the file is closed. All Ex-Employees view about the police is may be they got bought-out by Value Consulting.

Value consulting, the Director threaten to kill if any Ex-employee go to office and ask for Salary & Relieving Letter and also threaten to KILL & make my life and career horrible. He clealry says to every Ex-employees that he can go & fall upto any extent, if he decide to ruin any employees career. He also says that with the STRENGTH o[censored]S money, he has a very good connection with the DON and he is not afraid of anybody as he can buy everybody with the POWER of MONEY. All this incident was reported to Police and no action till date had been taken other then filing a NC.

As a CITIZEN of India, today we feel that it was better we were the SLAVES of BRITISHERS. Even after INDEPENDENCE, everything is happening openly and police have been given no rights to take action against such culprits and there is no thorough detailed INVESTIGATION & INTERROGATION from any of the police end against such culprits.

It is really SHAMEFUL to be called and live a HUMAN-BEING life. Though we are HUMAN-BEING, but we are treated worst then like a ANIMAL and poor labor in INDIA had been taken for GRANTED. Media wants MASALA to publish, News Channel wants something EXCITING news to show, but real news like this, nobody would like to highlight.

The job culture in Value Consulting is so employee friendly and professionalized that many consultants have spent years of their career here. There is so much scope for development here not only in terms of a successful career but also it gives you a great learning aspect to your life. I have hugely benefited working with Value Consulting.I got hike in Value within 1 month which was wonderful for me. Thats probably another positive aspect of working with valcon that it recognises your efforts and rewards you accordingly. Value Consulting is performance based company for that they are not looking from how many years employee is working with us. If employee performing well then they will get perks on timely manner. I would suggest every new professional out to make a name for himself in market to work for Value consulting and get your career more Valuable..
I just got home from a long day at the office (VC). At some early time in the past I used to get home late and feel drained and exhausted contemplating with myself whether it was all worth it.
Today we’ve celebrated B’day of one the employee. We all gathered in the conference hall of our office, lit a Cake and sat together to say some warm words before he got his face dumped in cake.
It was a lot of fun and one of the most enjoyable days I’ve had at the office, I realized how much I love and appreciate our special group of people and enjoy their company.
I love what’s becoming of our company as it grows older and matures. It’s our goal to keep it as playful and fun place as possible while pushing professional aspects to its limits and beyond.
No matter what type of business you run, your employees want to feel that their contributions are valued. It is thus essential to keep your workplace open. Two-way communication allows us to clearly communicate to the managers and director as well, and this is what my company follows, monetary help at crucial times from the company helps a lot, and gives a boost to the morale.
Sharing of ideas is the essence here, I am really happy to work in a great team under an excellent manager. It’s a place which has taught me a lot and will remember all the lessons till the end.
The complaint posted by some of the guys are cent percent true. Those who are commenting high about Value Consulting and other sister concerns are actually dummy writers or may have been written by the HR or the so called MD himsel[censored]nder the fictitious names, which the organization is capable of . . . . as they train their people on how to lie in the market! The business style of this organization is based on the culture of lies, lies and lies alone! The organization does not even have the concept of providing salary slips to their employees and nobody knows if the deductions made towards tax deducted at source actually gets paid to the IT Dept. Birthday celebrations are done by the employees/colleagues from their own money and not from the organizations fund.
I agree with Hotbing. I am pretty sure that 1 or 2 people from the company have done it all..just to save them from being exposed. All the good comments are done between 7 to 10 march.. God knows y suddenly some ppl are writing good things. Every person who has worked with Value consulting before has experienced some bad thing or the other. No one has got salary on time.
And every1 knows the dirty intentions of their MD towards females.
No wonder, they are trying to show they are good!!??

i strongly feel max numbers of employees should support u all as its fight against handfull devils but who has power & money.

I am an Employee of Value Consulting since past 6 months and i strongly disagree with what ever is written above, as i always get paid my Salary and Variable on time and also the Increment and promotion is pretty good over and above the Industry standards. Our Director is also very approachable and helpful and always try to sort our problems, whenever required. Also the books of Account are clean and all the Statutory taxes are always paid on time. I think you must have not followed the companies policies or must had made any cyber crime due to which you must be not paid or else this company doesn't make their employees suffer.
I kindly request you to not to post such wrong comments on public forum, as this may unnecessary affect company's reputation which in turn will affect our future aspirations. I hope you understand this very well.
I totally disagree to this. I worked more than 1 year in Value consulting, Due to personal reasons I have leave my job. I explained my problem to my Director. He is very kind and helping person. I have got all my reliving documents and every thing without serving notice period.
I have more than 15+ years of industry experience, Just because of the help of value consulting I am still in good books of industry.
Value is prompt on salary payments and variable and bonus/incentive payments.I enjoyed my days with Value.
I am working in Value consulting since 2009... I am working as a Business Manager, I am handling a team of recruiters. With my 2+ years of experience I have noticed that Value consulting deliver values to client and employees both. This is an onsite & offshore model IT company.
I have team mates who are taking their incentives which are quite equal to their monthly salary.This is always a performance based incentives. Regarding salary...My recruiters receive salary on time, hikes every 6 months...once again this hike amount depends on performance.

Please mind your words being this is a public forum.I strongly believe that it is waste of time to read the posting of the People who knew not how to conduct themselves in a company or in a public place or forum.

Friends we all are educated people...Please be polite and let us respect each other.

Guys just remember people who support injustice are very close to themselves being treated with injustice, Lot of employees must be aware of Value C Consulting policies, One such one is that the company needs 3 months notice period from employees but company will only give a 1 day notice to employees, guys who are currently working will be aware of this . Lot of employees have been terminated just on one sms .

Everybody fight for your rights there is still Democracy in India .

i joined value consulting and an ex employee. facts are very right about value consulting.
they dont pay salary on time and in many cases they dont even pay.
their says that he is not bothered about employees i want my account to be filled with money.

I empathize with you guys and tell you what - I have had this kind of experience before (dealing with Cheat Superficial Biz Heads & Companys).

1. Go ahead and file a cheating FIR (not an NC ... that won't hold good in the Court) with the local police stn (don't be afraid ... the cops won't do anything crazy).
The FIR should mention all the individuals especially the big shots who are involved in the mess.

2. File an RTI with IT Dept regarding the returns of the company and each of the individual big shots. They don't have an obligation to make their company financials public but they would have filed their personal annual IT returns. You can get those via RTI.

3. After getting the details (of RTI) or even before it file a case with the consumer court. Mention all the details, you don't have to hire a lawyer ... you can fight the case on your own. Just be ready with all the vital documents - your joining letters, payslips, any correspondence which you feel is relevant to prove that you have been an employee of the company until the day that they dumped you.

P.S. There's a long story about how I landed on this specific page. I won't go into details over here ... but to cut long story short, I had some exp with VC and my instinct said something was seriously wrong with this company. I googled and landed on this page and lo behold my instincts were right on bulls-eye. Guys - go ahead and [censored] these .

telephone added value service — false threat

Often I get a message from some unknown number that some extra service has been started in my mobile and I have to pay some money every month. It happens when I have not asked for any service to be started. Later when I check my telephone bill, no money is deducted. Thus this is a false threat. Perhaps they want me to send an SMS and take money for that SMS. Recently I got a message from +5500020 that I have been subscribed to MNL Music station, Rs. 20 has been charged to my account. Please note that I never asked for this service. May be it is a joke. Please tell.
Value Consulting is run by an , who calls himself the MD. Below him are appointed 2 more called the directors, Ajay Gulia and Sangeeta Sharma. Gulia is a pussy-whip of the first order and Sangeeta is the ghost you see once in a while.

They are all womanizers. Just to further their darlings, they will step on our balls and crush them. Then say it was our mistake.

My 3 months salary wasn't paid with the bahana of poor performance. Bull .
I will tell you people everything there is to know about the cartoons who work in this company also.
Manish Sawhney - during the first meeting, he will try to portray himself as all nice and helpful and always APPROACHABLE, as one of the FAKE posts here claims. (His chamcha Neelesh Prabhu has been doing all this fingering here). Later on, after a 2-3 months, you will know his true colors. He is a mindless freak, who only thinks of MONEY! He has never dare given me a threat of all that police and goonda but he has given to others in front of me. He gives all associates the designation of AVP and VP and SVP and god knows what not. And salary? What salary? A person who has never worked in his entire life and struggled, what will he know what a salary means to an employee.

SS - She is like the Ghost who comes in as fast as she leaves. She never signs the offer letter, appointment letter, or any HR document on time. But she is still there. ;)

N P - He is the -LICKER of Manish Sawhney! And he is really good at it. Mind you! He will lick and lick and lick all the way!! The whole day he works very hard poor fellow, no wonder he keeps a track of how hard other people in the company are working. Morning, samosa and tea on his desk. Then a smoke and oogling at the women passing by. Then going round the office and looking for something to point out. This is all he does the whole day. He only works when Manish Sawhney is around.

A G - A GREAT personality. Seriously, you can never beat his personality... Lying, Cheating, Womanizing, Faking... ab aur kya booley hum. Bus naam hi kaafi hai. (This is what he says.) He and his darling (also AG) who is a female recruiter, are the epitome of success. Why? cause he will give her all the work and then blame others for not doing anything and finally NO SALARY. Nice huh!? They send FAKE profiles to clients. They even show Manish Sawhney the wrong figures. This character has a young daughter yet he calls young females on the pretext of interviews and sits with them for hours in his 2ft x 2ft closed cabin.

Joined and left in One year - 5 HR Managers / 4 HR Executives / 20-25 recruitment execs / 3 AVPs and 2 VPs
Attrition rate - (Guinness Record compatible) - 90%
I've never seen such a worst organisation in my life, they have named VALUE but don't have VALUES, Business Ethics and right business practice they think that having connection with mafia's or with politicians they can do anything but at the same time they forgot that the is GOD who is now keeping eagle eye on them.
When he (GOD) take action against them then they both Ashish & Manish will be no where. They use such an un respectful language with female staff as well.
I pray daily to GOD and i'm sure GOD will punish them on day for that all they did with their employees.
GOD need you help now... pls do something...
