This is to inform you that due to the regular delay in my salary payments, I have decided to quit from Value Consulting LLC effective from 9/19/2011.
Also to let you know that my contract with the current Client has also ended on Friday 9/16/2011. I will be moving back to Maryland and due to this I will be on leave next week.
As of date, I have received the paycheck for the month of August on 9/14/2011 (which was payment by DISYS for July) BUT I HAVEN'T received the amount yet in my account.Please treat this as urgent and kindly credit my account with the same.
Also, My salary payments for month of August and September are still due which need to be settled on 15th of next month. i.e 10/14/2011.
Please let me know if you need anything from my end over emails as I will be busy in relocating back.

Before I join Value Consulting, I was a full time employee and I demanded $140K + Benefits Salary with Value Consulting. Shweta Sharma-my recruiter told me that there were no full time employees and Value Consulting hire only H1B's as a percentage consultants and I had no option than to join Value Consulting in that time. ( Did I say now I regret ? Of course YES )
I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL MY TIME SHEETS, VALUE CONSULTING RECEIVED COMPLETE PAYMENTS BUT THEY'RE NOT PAYING MY SALARY. VALUE CONSULTING OWE $26, 610.47..!!
The Fact is that I marketed my profile, got the project and I chose Value Consulting as my employer..!!
Value Consulting avoids paying government taxes and pays partial salary as illegal per-diem's. If you check Valcon's H1B consultants salary accounts,
Value Consulting did not pay my salary as per ( 80-Consultant /20-ValueCon ) our percentage agreement. They deducted different amount ( around $600 ) from my salary every month as Employer taxes. I believe the Employer is supposed to pay those taxes. I pointed out all these fraudulent cheating activites and after 7 months, Value Consulting changed the percentage agreement to 83 /17 where in I have to pay all the Employer taxes and payroll taxes. ( enclosed the agreement copy ).
Consultants, Please check below and be aware of Value Consulting's fraudulent & illegal activities and reply all to this mail...
1.Are you getting your Salary every month /Bi monthly without fail ? H1B means you're a full time employee of the Company and the Company needs to pay your Salary whether you're working for the End Client or not. The company has to pay salary to the H1B Employees even on the bench period.
2.Are you getting your PAY STUBS every month regularly ? I received complaints that Value Consulting did not provide the latest PAY STUBS and giving only partial salary.
3.Have you received your LCA copy applied for H1B ? It is illegal not to provide LCA to the consultants.
4.And your original salary has to be mentioned in the LCA whether it is 50K, 100K or 200K. Value Consulting files LCA for very minimum wages and signs percentage agreement with H1B Employees as percentage. Thus, they do not pay taxes for all the money and pay very little to the consultants as per LCA thinking they're covered.
5.Value Consulting says that your salary is less because your per-diem will be paid more which is non taxable. This was they hold all your money but will never pay like they did to me.
6.Value Consulting promise that they will start GC Process within a month of joining but they will not start. They start after few years by collecting 80 % of money from H1B employees.
PLEASE PLAN YOUR H1B / GC TRANSFER SAFELY AND MOVE OUT OF TROUBLE (VALUE CONSULTING ) ASAP. THE DETAILS HAVE BEEN SENT TO IRS AND VALUE CONSULTING WILL BE IN TROUBLE SOON.
Please step forward and speak up. Our problems are NOT meant to be solved automatically.(at least not with Value Consulting ) We have to put some effort to solve them.
Today its my problem and 10 other H1B consultants with Value Consulting but tomorrow it may be yours. It is your right to get your salary. I am gonna donate a part of MY SALARY to an Orphanage / Charity in USA and INDIA but not gonna leave it with Value Consulting.

Yes, I have faced many problems in my two months, 10 days of employment here. The MD was very good to me till end of Dec. However from 1st of Jan, he became extremely aggressive and started getting interested in my personal matters. He started abusing me in front of everyone in the conference room using extreme cheap and street language. He doesn't even spare the girls.
If he sees anyone enjoying popularity or performing very well, he himself gets jealous of the employee as that what happened with me. All my numbers and revenue generation was perfect, still I was humiliated in front of some newbies who had recently joined who do not know the business at all. He also told the newbies to be aggressive on us and one actually followed his instructions.
He also kept changing my seat from a cabin to some normal desk. I have changed my seat 6 times. The entire HR department resigned in Jan. There are also rumours that some major IT guy who has political influence got them over 7 crores as advance of a 100 crore deal. The MD used all this money to pay off his loans and is asking for more advance.
There is always a question mark on their delivery and quality, so clients should avoid giving them work. The MD is an extremely insecure person and all he does is keeps showing off and strutting around like a peacock in office, abuses the junior staff and tells everyone that he is their father. In a meeting of 2 hours, for one hour, 55 minutes, he will only talk about himself that how he is so knowledgeable, so talented and everyone's baap.
He eleveated one girl so much and suddenly terminated her. So don't be fooled by his sweet words if you are still working for him or joined recently. He will bite everyone. His favorite timepass is to abuse and badmouth everyone who has left the organisation which is unfair because those guys are not there to defend themselves. He will do the same to me, I am sure.

Even after all your complaints, the MD and senior employees of Value c Consulting have not changed. The MD is as arrogant as ever and continues insulting, abusing and threatening his employees as if he is untouchable. Keeps telling everyone " Main sabka baap hun". Calls his employees "Bhenchod" "Madarchod" "Chutiye" "Gandu" without care (even to females), creates fights among employees by instructing the senior employees to harass the junior employees and some senior employees follow his instructions and fight with their juniors.
He keeps threatening employees that he will follow them to their grave and make sure they are not employed anywhere if they quit his organisation. Recently he has started taking signature of employees on a bond and taken signed blank cheque from them in case they quit. This is illegal in India but he doesn't care. He got a service tax notice for 3 years by the government asking him details if he has paid last 3 years service tax. Not only that, if some employee asks some help from him in terms of advance salary if someone is unwell at his or her house, he responds that its not his problem if anyone is unwell.
He "trains" his employees to bribe the clients with commission cuts and money, parties, women. He teaches them to lie and attract clients by offering them jobs if they give him business. Recently one senior employee got him advance from a company worth crores. Now he is saying he used that money to pay off his old loans and telling that employee to get more advance. Anyway he knows that he cannot deliver but keeps asking his sales people to get more and more orders especially advance money from clients. He is planning to wrap up this company and start a new company soon in Jogeshwari with a new name.
He has a habit of threatening his employees that he will hold their salaries and that he will humiliate and throw them out in front of everyone. Anyway he keeps 15 days of every-one's salary with him which he never pays. He likes to harass poor employees who work hard for salaries. He has not given salaries and relieving letters for more than three months for innumerable employees by now. He himself has so many police complaints against him for molestation of female employees, yet he keeps a close eye on personal lives of his employees as to which male employee is close to which female employee and himself likes to create controversy and shout at the employees concerned about it. I think in his mind he in the pre-British era and not yet matured to the modern times. He is 45 years old yet likes to tell everyone he is in his 30s. No lady is ready to marry him because of his daily binge drinking and violent behaviour. He has a very big paunch and looks extremely ugly with his wrinkled face and stupid long hair which hides his baldness, yet he thinks of himself as very handsome and very muscular.
I hope he is taken to task someday and someone takes proper action and he gets the just rewards for playing with so many employees' lives and careers so far.

The MD is such a big insecure fool who gets a high on calling meetings in the conference room daily for hours and only talks about himself saying that he is most knowledgable and knows each and every topic. Everyone agrees and nods their heads, says "correct, correct" and then once we are out of the conference room, everyone says what a useless and zero knowledge dimwit our MD is and we all laugh to our hearts content.
Not one employee talks good about him, not even the oldest peon, his adopted VP-fingering who is kept as he allows his to be kicked so that the "boss" can remove his daily frustration or even the old pervert. The last two people will anyway never be employed elsewhere, so they have no choice but to be there. Of course we all know what the ex-employees have to say, everyone wants to delete their experience in value consulting and have only negativity and bad energy for the MD which will get to him sooner rather than later, I am sure.

This company is a total fraud and the CEO, MD and the rest of the management people are a big fraud.
Value Consulting has cheated serveral SAP customers in Mumbai. Navion electronics pvt. ltd is one of them. you can contact director of navion and he will tell you how value consulting theft his hard earned money.

In every Organization, Performance and attitude towards work is considered and respond accordingly. I can justify my words by saying that I have received my Confirmation Letter immediately after 6 months and all the privileges are given to improve my performance. I am honored to say that I am a part of Valcon Family.
Each one o[censored]s are properly assigned with the assignments and perfectly monitored by the Management. This gives us a perfect work atmosphere to increase our knowledge spectrum.
I kindly request you to realize the facts and stop such comments on Value Consulting.

I agree with the people who have shared negative thoughts about the company... manish sawhney is one of the biggest cheater I had ever seen in my life... god knows the time he was born... he is really a culprit on this earth. They have recently done the same thing with us... have not paid salary to at least 25 people... when visited couple of times to their office for da salary, they have called the police. But we all are fighting with them... we have launched a police complain at amboli police station, have submitted the copy of the same to labour commission court at bkc, bandra & also a copy to BJP Office... soon we will suit a case againt this company in labour court. We have involved few media also in this... i am sure they will be soon behind bars...
