[Resolved] Vatika Group - Infotec City, Jaipur — Illegal reallocation of plots in | |
Vatika has started another scam.. They are forcing the legitimate plots owners in their jaipur project to either shift to a new location or give up their plot at 2004/ 2005 prices... All this is happening discretely and without any paper work... They are telephonically informing the customer to accpet or their land ownership will be cancelled... What is most surprising is that this project which started way back in 2004 has stil not handed over the plots and they has claimed that they have lic housing to give loans since the project was entirely approved. Is lic also in collusion with them??? What should customers like us do to get the government to take immediate action against such defaulters.. Is there anyone else who is facing similar threat from them, for vatika jaipur... Pls write we need to take them to consumer court Was this information helpful? | |

I am also suffering from same problem. They have booked my plot in 2006 of 360 sq yard and wants me to take another plot. They have also refused to pay me back my amount of Rs.18, 50, 000 which they have already taken till now.

I also happened to one of the customers having 360 yds plot in their Island Park and purchased in 2005. The agreement which they got us signed is also a kind of cheating documents which they have forced the buyers to sign as after paying 95% of the value of the plot, the company gave us the agreement to sign, and you have no choice but to sign, which is a well calculated fraud and they done it intentionally to safeguard their interest. They have cheated us thoroughly by getting us signed an agreement which is lop sided. I wish to join you in filing a consumer complaint. You can contact me on [protected],

I booked a flat at Coral B-1102, Jaipur 21 with Vatika in the year 2008. Till date, it has not being handed over to me. So, I have asked for a full refund with 18% interest on all monies paid, which I am 100% certain they are not going to do, so, what are the options? Can someone shed some light on various options available to us as consumers which these big builders continue to rob at their will.

Many thanks for your feedback and support. Deeply appreocate the gesture. I will revert back to you soon. I thin more just complaint, such default builders must be severely pusnished and we must all collect to initiate a much harshses legal route.
