Gas was booked on 5th November 2011 but we have not received the cylinder till now ( as on 4th December 2011).
Status of booking says that gas booked till 7th november 2011 has been dispatched. But inspite of having booked much earlier , we have not received the cylinder still.

We have booked the gas on 24th May 15 & bill was generated on 25thMay 15. Till 31st May 15, gas has not been delivered.We do not know the reason, we doubt the gas is being misused by the people. Kindly do the needful.

I have booked cylinder two days before and today i received msg that your cylinder deliver to your house But still not delivered. Last month also having the same complaint and when we informed the office they told to book again to get the cylinder. respond my complient immediately.
