A new gas connection was booked in my son's name thro Vatsala agency, Virugambakkam, Chennai and my son Mr U.M. Sreenivas was asked to come for the connection on the 1st of April 2010. Inspite of his refusal, he was forced to take home a gas stove along with a lighter and other things and charged for the same. the next day when we went to enquire, the staff were arrogant and abusive and started to shout indecently. Even when the owner was contacted, he said the IOC has instructed them to promote and sell it with all new connections.
