Worst service and indecent treatment

I am a consumer of Indane gas with Vasthala gas agency in Virugambakkam, (an agency with autonomous powers even any world body cannot question and control) an agency which always thinks that the customers are their beggers, and there is no need for them to answer any questions or any doubts from the...delay in delivery of gas cylinders and customer harassment

I had book the gas before 15 days but i didnt get the gas till date i have been telephoneing and there is no response nor delivery of gas cylinder. Even I went straight they didn't respond me correctly. They are selling the gas in black market illegally to the tea shops and other customers charging Rs.750/- which includes their commission and i have the photo proof for it. Immediately handover the gas agency to some other agency. Then only they will get knowlegde.
