[Resolved]  Verna — fx hyundai service center

Verna — Services and spare - Jaibharat Mumbai

The tail light of Verna is not available at Jaibharat-Mumbai. The vehicle is given on 21st July and detained till 1st of August not non availibility of the spare i.e tail light. The officials also speak rudely and again given to understand that further 8 days will not be available

Is that Hydai can not supply to dealer the spare for 18/20 days

Verna — why not to buy hyundai

My verna car had accident few months away

1 my car was not repaired till dec 13 delivery schedule date was 0ct 30 at novelty hyundai pathankot
2 my residence is shimla , approximately 400 km
2 car kept in stock yard till 25 when i returned from bangalore for personal reasons
4 surveyor took photographs on 12 oct
5 Documents wanted was answer, i.e. Driver licence ,RC, Insurance policy no and signed claim form
6 all documents given , submitted to surveyor on last saturday of nov
7 cashless denied
8 my stolen parts which i informed to hyuandi, no action
9 car delivered on realisation of payment, 26 dec
10 car breaks down at chadigarh just after 240 km after paying 2.05 lak on same day
11 18000 paid to joshi hyuandai
12 car handed after two days, breaks down after 5 days
13 car taken to tappan , given back by 5 days, undersupervison of hyundai ENGINEERS
14 cars window s stop working within two hours after delivery,
15 car again breaks down two days laterr .ie. 24 jan
16 car still in workshop

money spent on travelling ,to all dealers 30000, another 20000 on additional parts, staying at pathankot, chandigarh ,travelling to hyundai to pathankot coste 8000 in a cab/ had to 5 times
once from bangalore
once from delhi
insurance not submitted for a month ,
i break investment faced a loss
mother illness to local docs 5000

and my professional loss 100000 lakh
getting what
insurance claim of 1.7
and nothing
