I had the worst experience of my life at Novelty Service station - Pathankot. Where I visited to get my car checked with 100% functionality and working condition.

While checking the car, the service guy told me that ESM has gone bad and it needs replacement. The new part will cost 75000 and the pre owned part would cost 15000, however at that point horn, wipers and AC were still working. I refused to get the part replaced as I knew there was no default at that time.

Later in the evening, when they handed over the car, it was delivered with damages.
AC, Horn and Wipers stopped working. As per the technician "ECM was faulty and stopped working". They handed me a bill of 2231/- under the services and repair head. The wiring was left open, and the car was in bad shape (Not cleaned).

I got the car checked with my brother in law, he made them all work (AC, Wipers and Horn) in 30 minutes with no part replacement. He also explained how the wires were left uncovered and the car was in pathetic shape. However, I had to pay 2231 as labour and service charges.

My car i20 is excident his servay is done by after 2 days . But my car work is not complete in this day . before 15 days my car receive in agency but in this time not complete work and not drop my car my home address. Car No. PB 88 2588, Am buying the 2nd hand car.

Sir my name is Rohit sharma ...I had booked creata SX Executive disel car with 25000 rs from novelty car showroom pathankot..punjab as on 10 .They promised me they delivered me car within 15 days ..but they could not within seven month...They are make fake promise with me till date but could not deliver it ..now they are saying ...u can complaint anywhere and I could not provide new car ...plz help me sir

On 2 nov i purchased a verna sx from novelty hyundai today is 26nov the firm do not provide me the service book and the 2nd key

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please refer to my conversation over conference call with Ms. Swati Das (Hyundai Sales Customer Care Executive Delhi-NCR) and Ms. Keerat (CRM of Novelty Hyundai Amritsar) of today's date (12 Aug 20).

I wish to inform you that me and my wife are serving in Armed Forces and we have booked Hyundai Creta 1.5 SX(O) IVT Petrol from Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar in the name of my wife Capt Rashmi Chaturvedi. (Booking Details attached).

The Agency/Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) on being asked about the insurance of the said vehicle tried to conceal the facts and mislead me by telling that as per company norms it is mandatory to take first insurance of new vehicle from dealership only, but the same was not found true while discussing the matter with Ms. Swati Das (Hyundai Sales Customer Care Executive Delhi-NCR) and Ms. Keerat (CRM of Novelty Hyundai Amritsar).

Since I have booked the vehicle, I am running after Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar for getting the Insurance Quotation of my vehicle Hyundai Creta 1.5 SX(O) IVT Petrol but there is always a bureaucratic response and in that they told me that insurance cost can clearly be told at the time of billing, which totally appears to be misleading and the same also told to Ms. Swati Das (Hyundai Sales Customer Care Executive Delhi-NCR) and Ms. Keerat (CRM of Novelty Hyundai Amritsar) during aforesaid conversation and they also agreed that this is wrong on the part of concerned dealership. Nevertheless, I asked Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) to provide an approximate cost of said insurance but the same has not been provided to me despite repetitive reminders since one month for the reason best known to dealership. Also the dealership is providing very limited insurance plans (namely of liberty and kotak mahindra).

I also wish to inform you that I wanted to meet concerned sales person of Subject Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) personally for discussing things in detail on 26 June 2020 and I informed him prior to my arrival to which he agreed but sadly he was not available and didn't even bothered to inform me that he will not be available for the reasons best known to him.

Now therefore I request you to look into the matter and provide suitable remedy in respect of below mentioned points
1. Customer should not be forced by the Subject Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) for getting insurance from dealership.
2. Subject Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) should provide detailed quotation for each and everything the dealership is providing including insurance.
3. Subject Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) should not conceal facts from customers and mislead them.
4. Subject Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) to be asked to disclose the policy which states that it is mandatory to get first insurance of new car from their dealership only.
5. If the Subject Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) doesn't want to cooperate with customer then I request Hyundai to transfer the allotment of my vehicle to an honest Dealership in Jalandhar and in that the delivery schedule of my vehicle should not be affected as my vehicle is already in transit.
6. A wide range of insurance plans should be provided to customer and if Subject Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) is unable to do so the dealership should not force customer to get insurance from them.
7. A Complete refund of booking amount may be issued to me that is Rs 25000 without imposing any cancellation charges as cancellation is due to foul play on the part of dealership and not due to my mistake.

Further Concealment of facts and misleading information given by Subject Dealership (Novelty Hyundai Court Road Amritsar) puts question on their integrity and it also appears that the subject dealership wants to cheat their customers.

Above mentioned concern and facts were also presented during my conversation over conference call with Ms. Swati Das (Hyundai Sales Customer Care Executive Delhi-NCR) and Ms. Keerat (CRM of Novelty Hyundai Amritsar) of todays date (12 Aug 20).

As a combatant member of Armed Force and as your sincere customer I sincerely look forward towards suitable action from your side.

Also I wish to inform the dealership that if they continue the said malpractices, I will surely report the matter to concerned CSD Depot for getting their registration cancelled and if situation demands the matter will be addressed to court of law and consumer protection

I have purchased i20asta car from agency of novelty Hyundai court road Amritsar.. Pincode-143001..my RC is issued after 3months and everytime they make excuses and making unnecessary charges of rs3000 and the RC is not issued with hypothecation... Detail of bank was not updated in my RC.bank is deducted loan of rs2900 for non submission of RC.. When I talk about this matter, to my car dealer he n his staff misbehave with me n my father..when my father reached agency to submit the RC in agency for resolving RC with hypothecation.they again harrassing and demanding unnecessary. charges.they doesn't felt any on their mistake.now I submitted my RC with the help of branch manager of Sbi..m totally upset with their bad behavior an irresponsible nature.. Kindly reissue my RC with hypothecation correctly with all details plzzzzzz.

My rc is not issued with hypothecation. Bank name is not updated due to their mistake. They unnecessary demanding money from us. I totally disappointed with their bad behaviour.. They harassing my father when he reach agency to submitted rc, they denied to receive rc and resolve the. Problem in rc.. I already submitted my rc to the agency... Plzz issue my rc with hypothecation correctly...

I brought a hyundai i20 from novelty hyundai gt road, amritsar in may 2017. They said you will gt your rc in one month.. But till date ii havent recieved my rc. Whenever i used to visit there showroom or call them everytime i get the same answer that your rc is delay from the dto office you will surely get your rc by this week... I brought this diesel car because because my work is mostly touring... Now i know how much problem i am facing.. Three times police ha stopped me and asked for the papers... I know how i have managed that as i was unable to show them my papers... How many times i have cancel or postpone my meeting due to this problem... Pls look into this matter and solve y problem as soon as possible

I purchased creta from novelty hundyai batala punjab. I was misrepresented by the staff i paid them advance 25000/- and did RTGS of remaining amout of 1064284/- ten lakh sixty four thousand two hundred eighty four rupees ) at the time of delivery they forcefully took 25000/- extra and said we can not deliver you car without reciving 25000/- from you they have in total taken 1114284/- eleven lakh fourteen thousand two hundred eighy four rupees/- for 1.4 base model creta white color registration no is PB 06 AF 2500. Ishwar julka.
Kindly take necessary action to provide me refund o[censored]neccesaary amount of 25000/- taken from me by hundyai batala.
