[Resolved]  Vguard — misbehave

i am useing your postpaid connection last one year and i was very happy with airtel and my monthly bilare comeing aproximate 2500
but today i had visit your airtel office kothi baroda at 8.15p. for some new plan but there i am geeting very bad expirence. your customer care executive miss payal was busy own personal work and he told me i will give you detail after 15 minut and after 15 minut he told me you go other executive other executive was also busy in our personal call and time of 8.40 payal are go back to home and no any executive are help me

My ac stabiliser vguard faulty. Even though its still in warranty three days have gone and no one is sent for repair.

They give excuses like phone not reachable etc and cancel complaint and make fresh complaint and buy time and f 72 hours for each complaint.

Worst worst company product .
