I have ordered different product but company delivered different product and i have also raised the complaint but not received any response so product order detail is :

Pebble Water Heater

I bought Vguard Pebble Water Heater 2 years back. After one year, water is not heating properly. I raised a complaint with Vguard service and Water heating problem got resolved. Service person informed that issue was due to salt content in the water.
But, after next day, i started getting power cut off issue. He came to my home 4-5 times to resolve that issue. After 6 months, again i got power cut off issue, same person came around 4-5 times to resolve that issue. Now, I got the same issue again. He is saying the problem is due to salt content in the water. I didn’t understand why salt is related to power problem, if it is heating problem like my initial issue i understand. We have other 2 heaters (not a vguard) in the home which we bought 5 years back, those are working flawlessly. I’m totally frustrated now and not satisfied with this vguard product.
But, after next day, i started getting power cut off issue. He came to my home 4-5 times to resolve that issue. After 6 months, again i got power cut off issue, same person came around 4-5 times to resolve that issue. Now, I got the same issue again. Complaining about v guard stabilizer model no =vnd400plus complaint no-SR#1-2552342888
I logged a complaint regarding my vguard stabilizer not work in 2-oct-2020 so v guard engineer visit and he said your stabilizer needs to be replaced with new one because that product got dead so he guide me to visit that shop wherefrom product purchase. 9 Oct 2020 I visited that shop ask for my product replacement but he said stock not available stabilizer replaced in 6-7 days so I handed over that product after 10 days again visit but shop owner again said stock not available yet need some time after some days I called shop owner he said same to me stock not came yet and he refused to replace that product and he said your product replaced from service center so I informed to vguard official via email next days I got a call from vguard regarding my complaint and he assured me to resolve my complaint.after 10-15 days again I e-mail to vguard.nearly after 2 months my product not replaced yet.product bill copy email screen shot attached.

v guard cooler motor pump not working
Hi,
I had purchased VGuard cooler 1 month back and now the pump is not working. Despite several calls to customer care, a technician was arranged. Since it is peak summer season, the service center needs to keep the motor pump, since it is the main for a cooler.After we raised the request they said that we will order the motor pump now. It is very pathetic that the service center itself is not keeping the sufficient orders . Service request number SR1 [protected]

It's a very worst, and stupid, and there is a warranty card also, they are not giving back, it is a cheated company, don't buy anything in this company, hyderabads most unuseful shop, if you buy anything, it will work only 2days, so don't waste money be careful, as a costumer am telling,

worst worst service

I have a V guard stabilizer and suddenly it shows "OH" and stop working 19th may my AC is being shutdown. Then I complaint the customer care. One technician came on 22th May and said that he had to change the board but it will take 1or 2 week, then he came again on 31 st may and change the board after he left, 30 mins same problem occurred and also the output is high 250 v (fixed) then he again came on 4 th may and said he will again change the board. This is the worst service from a company . Don't buy Vguard products. And it's also clear that top to bottom every employee of this company is worst. They don't want to give any value of their customers. Think 100 times before buying a Vguard Product

geyser leaking

Our geyser is leaking since last 15 days. I have purchased it from bhawna electricals, nyay khan 3, indirapuram, ghaziabad on 24-1-15. Its model is pebble, metallica. We need an immediate repair for the same as dripping water is causing a lot of problems. We had purchased it from vguard company as we had full faith on it. So an immediate action is expected.

pressure pump service

We are owning a pressure pump of vguard. Its only being less than 1 year of purchase and its not in proper working condition. We have been contacting with your service care for the past 2 months and till now we have'nt got any response. They register the complaint and no service men comes. We are fedup with your product and the bunch of # in your company. If the problem goes on, there is no other option other than consumer court.

Room heater

I had purchased a halogen room heater on november 2014 of vguard. Within the use of two month it got four times out of order. I had complained for this . But they were not responded for this. This year I had used it on the arrival of winter, but within the seven days of its use it was again out of order. I will registered complain to customer service, they repaired it at the cost of Rs.520. But after 8days it is again out of order. Then what should be the solution.
All the service engineers are saying this is the defective model but till there is action taken from company side.
I am suffered with spondalisis, so in winter it is very essential for me. But I can't get the service of room heater.
So please consider my query, as it is not possible for me to spend Rs.500 regularly within a short spam of period.

Cheating by V-Guard Service Personnel
I had called a Technician from V-Guard for Servicing my Water Heater. My complaint was that the Heater was leaking from the tube coming out of the Water Heater. This technician (Shekar) came and told me that there is a hole in the Water tank and that needs to be replaced along with the Assembly. He diagnosed this without a visual inspection. He told me the cost for this would be Rs. 2,800/-. He came the next day and replaced the Copper tank with a smaller SS Tank and the Assembly was also replaced. Both the old Assembly and the old Copper tank seemed to be in excellent condition, but still they were replaced. After replacement, the leakage was still there. He later on tightened the water tube and the leakage stopped, which meant that this could have been done even without the replacement. Later on, he was asked to show the leakage in the tank, which he was unable to show. Further, he took away the old Copper tank. When he was asked to hand over the tank to us, he said that we would need to pay him Rs. 1,000/- for the old tank.
I feel that this technician has swindled us. The problem could have been rectified by just adjusting the water pipe. Whereas he has replaced our good Copper tank with an inferior SS tank and also replaced the Assembly and taken away the old Copper tank.
I request action to be taken against this technician (Shekar) as he has cheated us by:
• Replacing the good Copper tank with an SS tank
• Replacing the Assembly
• Taking away the good Copper tank (probably for using this in some other water heater or for selling purpose)
• Charging Rs. 2,800/-

i am useing your postpaid connection last one year and i was very happy with airtel and my monthly bilare comeing aproximate 2500
but today i had visit your airtel office kothi baroda at 8.15p. for some new plan but there i am geeting very bad expirence. your customer care executive miss payal was busy own personal work and he told me i will give you detail after 15 minut and after 15 minut he told me you go other executive other executive was also busy in our personal call and time of 8.40 payal are go back to home and no any executive are help me

They give excuses like phone not reachable etc and cancel complaint and make fresh complaint and buy time and f 72 hours for each complaint.
Worst worst company product .
