i have read all the complaints reg vhf selve farms. i live in bangalore and was looking for a farm plot of around half acre to buy. some agents last week took me to vhf selve vatican gold city and showed me three plots and told me that it is for sale. the whole placed looked like a deserted place to me. the plots did not have any number. the agent told me that the owner lives in kerala. two days back the same agent called me and told me that two plots are available in vhf selve kuwait grape wine garden. i was just looking for some info reg this project and came across all these complaints. can anyone pls advise me if it is safe to buy this land. do i have to take permission from the developer. is there any problem with the ownership of the plot you have. are you allowed to sell it? thank you and appreciate if anybody can answer to my email id [protected]@gmail.com

my father give to land POA in kodai view dam city project. my father left 20 years before .now that POA is dead so don't buy vhf plots. if you buy POA based registration your investment is totally waste .so better then avoid
