[Resolved] Videocon 1. 5 Ton Split AC, Model - Vsg 5222 — Not working properly since date of purchase.

I have purchased the above mentioned product on 22/04/08 from M/s HI-TECH SYSTEMS in Bhubaneswar. From that i am running from post to pillar to get the AC worked properly . Till now i have already registered complain about 12/13 times . Every time mechanic are coming and repairing it and after 1/2 day's, again same story repeated. This process is continuing for last 1 year. The latest being complain no . BBS[protected] dated 05/03/2009. So in this situation, i am no more interested to use the product . Hello Sir/Madam,
I had purchased videocon (VFS53) 1.5 t split AC, from vidisha dealor (Sharma Brothers T.V. Complex Vidisha ) on 07/06/2010, from 12th june 2010 it is not working, there service engineer has checked it on 18th june and said they will replace it.After repetedly reminder they told to send the unit at bhopal office so i had booked and send it on 13th july from Mohit Road Lines And Informed to Mr. Nitin Geete and Mr. Sajid Khan to take the delivery of the unit.
So far the unit has not been replaced. i am sorry to say that the dealor is not taking any interest on this matter

Videocon — One Ton Split A C not working

I have bought a one ton split AC of your company from Bansal Electronics, Ludhiana. My above air-conditioner is not working as its blower motor of indoor unit is not working. I contacted your local service center on 11.8.2011 and they advised to contact your service engineer Mr. Akshay Kumar Mobile No. [protected]. He after checking informed that the above Blower Motor is not available with them and it would be available after ten days and would be procured from the company office at Hyderabad. Your media campaign is buy a Videocon product and experience change. If such a behavior the consumer has to experience it is very bad on the part of your Service Provider Staff. It is their moral duty to have adequate spares in their store so that consumer did not suffer on account of non availability of spares. Please get my complaint redressed early.
