[Resolved]  Videocon / Bazooka TV Model - 5412r — no refund of Rs.14990 from VIdeocon

I purchased a Videocon bazooka Tv on 23/4/1998from SOUND&IMAGE(REGD.)Jail road, New Delhi, MOdel NO.5412R, Sr.NO 18c98028 vide bond receipt no.E/00002349, Application No.058264, But till date I have not received the amount of Rs.14990. In between several times I visited your office at videocon tower, They sent me at videoconindustries Ltd. D-7/1 okhla industrial area, phase-2, new delhi.there I met Mr.Rana (mobile no.[protected]) .He told he can adjust with product but 20% will be deducted. then I met the dealer they said videocon office is closed. NOw What will I do to get my amount?
