[Resolved]  Videocon Industries — Temporary suspension didn't happen for d2h account 98955978

I requested for d2h account 98955978 for temporary suspension for 90 days for both my card ending with 28 and 08 and nodal officer Sarbani Deb informed d2h account 98955978 was suspended from 11/3 for 90 days and card no ending with 28 has monthly recharge of 155/ and card no ending with 08 has been disconnected.

But I checked neither account is temporary suspension it's still active and monthly recharge of 382/ and no change in both the cards ending with 28 and 08.

Kindly take stringent action against Videocon d2h for false information and wrongdoing.
