This has reference ( Ref: 50180929 dated 20 Oct 2011) to my previous complaint at customer care of d2h. While installed d2h the service provider committed to give 196 channels as per new south gold package. Based on this package provided I have opted d2h. Now suddenly d2h decided not to provide channel e.g. live India w.e.f 10 Nov 11, which is good channel and viewed by many customers, then it amounts to breach the commitment and terms and conditions already given to its customers unlike other service providers.
I request their good office to consider and continue this channel and other channels also as per the package, as committed to the customers.
