[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Offer not given.

Sir,
I have not received offer for which i have paid.
Details-
On 24/11/11, at 6:35 pm i received SMS from Videocon D2H- ''Recharge by 6 months and get 4 months extra.
I talked with customer care executive and he said that u have to recharge with Rs.1050/- and after that make a call and ask for the offer, then we will change your basic plan to Rs 175/- per month and you will get 6 + 4 months extra as per offer. I recharged my account with Rs 1100/- on 25/11/11 and made a call to customer care executive for the offer. He said " i am deactivating your previous packages and changing your basic plan to Rs 175/- per month to get offer of 6 + 4 months free." (my d2h was not activated for last 2 and half months, hence i got the offer).
After 24 hours i made a call and asked for non-activation of offer. But they said- you will not get the offer. In three different calls, all three customer care executives gave me different reasons why I didn't received the offer.( number-[protected], I talked with Mr. MANGESH BUSGAR, Team leader, Pune) I recharged for skim of 4 months free on 6 months recharge, otherwise there is no need to activate. Solve my problem and give me the offer.
