Videocon D2H — worst service | |||
Hi I am using the Videocon d2h set top box. I have complaint on the customer care helpline many many times,about changing the package(New Gold Sports to New Gold Pack) many times but still till date 07 th Apr 2011 there is no response from the Service provider.I have lodged an complaint on 16th of March'2011 towards the changing the package and the same is still pending. I am surprise that after so many calls/reminders, I am not getting any support from your end and still suffering. The service was disconnected , not reciving channeles, channels are blocked while payment was done Was this information helpful? | |||

my Videocon d2h customer id 12332885, I wanted to recharge for 176 but i got a message telling -that i am given a 350 package i want only the 176 package or please refund my money
