we are not getting the channels from last one month and the 1st complaint was done on 24/06/2010 with compl. no[protected]
but no one is paying attention to my complait from last 15 days.
we have done 4 times complaint the details are

They are always misguiding me.

It is to inform you that I have purchased on dt. 8/04/2011 Videocon recharge Coupon Vide Sr.No. UH50S[protected] & Recharge Pin. No.[protected] Worth Rs. 150/- from Muskan collection, kamla nehru colony indore.

But when I recharge through customer care then I received a message that this voucher No.[protected] has already been consumed.

So, I requested to you please look into the matter & return the amount of my recharge coupen. Scan copy of Recharge Coupon attached for your kind consideration.
